I am leaving a four-star review because I promised to leave a positive review, but overall I am very disappointed. My first pair of glasses did not fit, and I did not initiate the return properly. Lens smart was not going to offer me any refund, but after begging they agreed to send me a replacement pair of glasses. I promised I would leave a good review if they did. I had to pay return shipping, and an additional $13 for the difference of the price in the next pair. Unfortunately, the second pair had very strange nose pads, and it pushed my glasses up so high it looks like I am attempting to see out of my eyebrows! I was denied the option to exchange them again, so unfortunately I have spent $100 on glasses and return shipping, and I still do not have a functional pair of glasses. I would be happy to return them for a refund, but I'm told I am out of luck. I appreciate that they sent me a replacement pair, but I have still spent $100 on nothing.
I have a lot of trouble finding glasses that fit as I have a very narrow face.
Both Zeelool and Eyebuydirect have given me full refunds for glasses I could not use!

Fraud company, dont order
Ordered first time and glasses arrived totally different prescription then what I provided. I am asking them for return and refund process and instead of advising on it they just asking written prescription from optician which I already uploaded the digital version.

What horrid safety and customer service
The company took the money out of my account before the script was verified. The order was shipped to "airport of origin" before script was verified. Customer service cannot be contacted only through FB messenger. Let's see how long it takes to receive contacts so they can be sent back. But we have to wait for them to get through customs. Dont buy here. They are not American made. If I could provide a negative review I would.

These people were awesome I had ordered 2 pairs of very strong prescription not to many can make my glasses because on how strong my prescription is. I ordered same sz frame on both pair but different style but one pair was way to heavy for my face ,i asked if i could return and get something like the others that fit perfect they did without any trouble , So i received the other but they came to me with the lens out of them , I spoke with them and they sent me another pair just received them yesterday on Aug 10th and they are perfect fit everything. As someone used to paying 4000 SEK or more for glasses due to my astigmatism and myopia, I am absolutely thrilled to get several pairs for a third of the price.
They have so many stylish frames that make it easy to match your glasses with your favorite outfits. I ordered three pairs for a home trial and have received so many compliments on how well they suit me, and my new glasses have really given me a confidence boost.
My vision is just as clear as with my old pair, and both the prescription and pupillary distance are spot on. I am already eager to order more frames so I can match even more outfits.

Outstanding Customer Service
I purchased glasses from Lensmart online for the first time in May 2026. Although they were wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged correctly, they arrived damaged. The lenses had scratches, not on the surface, but somehow inside the actual lens. I contacted Lensmart via messenger to let them know about the defect. They have a 30 return policy guarantee but I had been out of state visiting family when my glasses arrived. By the time I returned home and opened them, I had exceeded that 30 day return policy, but decided to reach out anyway. After explaining my issue to the customer service rep, they asked for pictures of the lens defect, which I sent. Upon receiving pictures of the lenses, Lensmart informed me they would be replacing my glasses with a new complete pair at no expense to me. I was beyond impressed with the customer service Lensmart provided throughout this process. They responded to every message within 24 hours (sometimes sooner) asking questions to help them better understand the issue, and always replying with concern and kindness. I am legally blind in one eye without corrective lenses, so needless to say my lens prescription is a special order that always costs more. Lensmart was able to accommodate my lens prescription at a great price. Lensmart has earned a loyal, satisfied customer. Thank you Lensmart!

I have to get the ultra thin lenses too! Recently I ordered specs for my Dad too, and made a mistake with my own order, sending g his prescription instead of mine. **Great selection, great prices and excellent customer service
I had a really positive experience with Lensmart. Their selection of frames is incredible—there are so many styles to choose from, and the prices are surprisingly affordable.
I ordered two very different pairs and was really happy with both of them. I also had direct interaction with their customer service team and found them to be responsive, helpful and easy to work with, which made the entire experience even better.
