Great deal on these glasses!! I have a very high prescription that usually costs upwards of $300 PER eyeglass! I was able to get TWO pair for under $200!!! And they are sooo cute!!!

Excellent customer service! I am very satisfied with my new glasses. The prescription and progressive lenses are perfect and the glasses are very comfortable. Unfortunately, the lenses arrived with a few tiny scratches, but Firmoo customer service responded very quickly and offered an extremely fair and generous solution. I was allowed to keep my glasses and received a voucher for a new pair. The communication was friendly, fast and professional. This is how customer service should be! Honestly I was kind of suspicious about buying glasses online, but as this company was rated very good on Trustpilot, I gave it a try, and I didn't regret it. The ordering process was quite easy, the delivery happened in around 10 days and the glasses fit perfect and give me a perfect view - and all this for a very good price. Took ages to arrive, not impressed with quality
My order took over a month to arrive, under the excuse that it was ' delayed during processing'. When they eventually arrived the glasses felt flimsy, so I guess you get what you pay for. I would not purchase from them again and will stick with GlassesDirect in future.

Extremely disappointing experience
I have been a loyal Firmoo customer and have ordered from them before, but this has been by far my worst experience with the company. I ordered two pairs of sunglasses as part of a 2-for-1 promotion. The order was placed and was significantly delayed. Firmoo contacted me to apologise for the delay and specifically promised free accessories as compensation. The order was eventually shipped, meaning we missed a significant part of the summer when the sunglasses were actually needed. When the delivery finally arrived, only one pair had been delivered. The package had been left outside our property with no delivery notification, and we woke up to find the packaging in an extremely poor condition and effectively in pieces. The one pair of glasses we received was also too small and unusable despite providing them with my PD and measurements. The promised accessories were missing too. I contacted customer service and initially requested a full refund. Instead, I was offered either a refund or a voucher to place another order. The voucher amount initially sounded like reasonable compensation, so I accepted it. However, I then discovered that the voucher can only be used once per order and cannot be combined with promotions which I had of course used. The voucher therefore did not actually allow me to recreate the deal I originally purchased nor the free accessories promised for the late delivery. In reality, I was essentially offered the opportunity to order again for the same value, rather than being genuinely compensated for the problems I experienced or receive what I was offered. I'm extremely disappointed, particularly as I have previously been a loyal customer. I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before ordering if you are relying on a particular promotion or need your glasses by a certain date. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Firmoo and I will not order from their company again.

be wary of their exchange and warranty policies
Offer good exchange policies and warranties when you purchase... beware when you have a claim and jump though the hoops...everything changes! expect to have to pay through the nose to rectify a problem....in my case it was cheaper to put the faulty glasses in the bin and buy a new pair... it wont be with Firmoo!

Great polarized prescription sunglasses.
I ordered my son a pair of polarized prescription sunglasses, and his prescription is not an easy prescription, but FIRMOO did it successfully. The sunglasses came in perfect condition and he can see fabulous out of them and is wearing them every day. We definitely order again. The quality is great.
