Amazing value for money, proper prescription glasses
On recommendation from my daughter I decided to try Firmoo, as I'm sick of paying £200+ for prescription glasses that fall to bits.
I got my prescription and uploaded it to the website, then selected two pairs of frames, with thinned lenses and blue light filters, for £83.99 including postage.
They were delivered exactly 2 weeks later, and they are brilliant. They feel more durable than my old glasses, the lenses are thinner, and the blue light is great for when I'm on the PC.

Cheap glasses but broke in less than a year of casual use (cinema, working from computer…). Was not my fault because what broke was the screws!
Also, the glasses feel weird changing from medium to long distance. Cheap but health and quality pay the price!! Go to a local eyewear company, support local economy and save yourself the disappointment and bad customer service.
I wrote to customer service after their reply but still did not get an answer.

I bought 2 pairs of varifocals. I wanted big frames, as they are in fashion at the moment. I downloaded a facial photo so I could test them. I received much assistance and patience online as I am a bit of a novice when dealing with this kind of thing. When my glasses arrived, I was so impressed with the quality of the frames and glass and wanted so much for them to fit. However, they looked so big on my small face and I received so much negative feedback from friends and family that I emailed Firmoo, and explained that I needed to return them and asked for a refund. I was flabbergasted when they replied and said that I could keep them and they would refund the total amount. The refund was received within 24 hours. I can only speak from my own experience of the service I received from this company for which I was very grateful. I am in the process now of purchasing normal size frames and sunglasses under the 2 for 1 scheme currently being advertised.

My glasses broke and I was told I had to return them before getting my money back or an exchange and I said “but if i return them I won’t be able to see, is there a way I can keep them until I get a new pair?” And basically got told no it’s not my problem if I don’t have a spare… got given a coupon to get a new
Pair but that was it! Won’t be shopping there again!

Ordering from frames to lenses was easy and clear. For the price the quality is great. Delivery was delayed, but i got an email informing me about this and it ended up being only a day from the estimate, so im happy.
