Glasses not processed without reason
Nearly three weeks since ordering expected delivery dates keep getting pushed out with no explanation despite numerous emails. Supposedly processed in 3-5 days. Charged cancellation fee for the lenses despite not having made them! Rort.

Very impressed! First pair the Baddie glasses without frames were absolutely beautiful and got so many compliments but they were so delicate and I had to get a refund as they started to bend, they sent me a code for new glasses free of charge which was a really nice thing for Firmoo to do, my new glasses are much more sturdy and I absolutely love them. My husband also bought some seriously eighties looking sunglasses and they are so cool. Shipping was super fast customer service speed was fairly good, great selection of glasses. I have been let down by certain highstreet glasses retailers whos cheapest frames were still so expensive and actually started to discolour and go green! Almost like rust, I couldn't believe it, thankfully Firmoo prices are extremely reasonable and much better quality glasses, I wouldn't shop elsewhere now.

Firmoo go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. You can be confident you will be looked after. They have lots of options, quirky cool designs and for a good price. A lot of the frames are quite large, but this seems to be common when buying glasses online. You can always use the filter to only look at the small size frames.

The glasses are great. My order was processed and shipped in a timely manner. The quality is excellent and they were just as described. The delivery person unfortunately threw my package on the ground and the case was broken when I opened it, but luckily the glasses survived.

Easy to use website with try on…
Easy to use website with try on settings. Well laid out pricing structure for lenses. Got my new varifocals. The quality is excellent, my prescription is spot on and the lenses are super thin too. They took a while to reach me and the tracking experience was a bit hit and miss but so worth the wait. I have shopped with Firmoo before but this is my first prescription glasses from them. Based on my experience, I will definitely be back for more - and there is lots to choose from!

Bought 2 pairs of reading glasses, unfortunately one of them was hurting me (nose pads). I've contacted the customer service by e-mail, and I was contacted the next day with understanding, kindness and a resolution to my problem. Glasses are poor quality and slide off my face. The plastic used to make them is flimsy and easily breakable. I would not buy again and got a refund.

Strong and stylish!
So pleased with my glasses from Firmoo. I have a habit of leaving them on the floor or sitting on them that I’ve got through 2 pairs - they actually lasted very well considering how many times I’d stood on them! Just received my 3rd and 4th pairs from Firmoo and all 4 pairs have been perfect! Comfortable, durable and great value. The delivery was much quicker than I expected too!
