Firmoo provides quality, affordable glasses at a fraction of the cost. At first, I was very hesitant ordering online. However, after reading the positive reviews I decided to give it a go! I'm so glad I did because they have a customer for life. The customer service was outstanding - especially as our Australia's postal system had lost my shipment of glasses. They did their best to follow up with the tracking, and kept me informed throughout the process. They remade the glasses in speedy time and had shipped it out at no cost. The prescription was on point, and the quality matches glasses at Oscar Wylee and Bailey Nelson!!

Very rarely do I write a review but I couldn't help it. My glasses are amazing, the shipping was so much quicker then expected and the customer service was brilliant.
I ordered a pair of glasses with the clip on sunglasses, I tried to order a lens that wouldn't work with my prescription, they rang me the day after my order, asked if simply wanted to cancel, free of charge or if they could amend my order. Then I got a delivery estimate of 24th July which was about 6 weeks from ordering but they've arrived today (11th July). I love them, they feel much better quality than main high street branded glasses that I've had for years, plus you don't have to keep swapping between normal glasses and sunglasses, the sunglasses just clip on and off with magnet with ease. They are incredibly and cost less than £40 with a discount code! The last time I bought a pair of glasses and sunglasses on the high street, it was nearly£200! I will be ordering every time I need a new prescription!
Glasses arrived in good time. Really good quality. Unfortunately the bridge of the nose was awkward for me. I emailed. Within 24hrs a reply with options, I chose a full refund which they actioned within 24hrs. Excellent service. I will buy from them again when there is something that fits my requirements.
The quickness with which customer service handles customer's concerns was amazing. I had not experienced a business so willing to help and with such patience with anyone else. The quality of the products were also a big plus as i was not expecting the material to be sturdy. Truly a wonderful experience! Will absolutely be purchasing again in the near future.

I love Firmoo. I try to force Firmoo on all my friends. I'm really into having a personal style, so I like that Firmoo allows me to be picky about the frame color of blue-light glasses, or put sunglass lenses in a frame designed for reading glasses. The price is really good for the product, all 3 glasses I've bought are still intact and I only stopped wearing one when my prescription was updated.
I wear glasses for astigmatism and the ones I get from Firmoo according to my prescription align well with my wonky eye, everything looks clear. I keep a pair of tinted glasses in my car for driving at night without getting flashbanged by everyone's LED headlights.
I wish there was an option to swap out the plastic hard case the glasses are shipped in for cardboard or something. I just keep my glasses on my face or on a shelf, so the only time I actually reused the hard case is when I dropped them off at the recycling center when my prescription changed.
Price, selection and quality are fantastic!! Less than half the price of the big brands. Fast shipping too. Perfect fit and correct prescription. I’ve recommended to all my family and friends.
When i saw how cheap I could get prescription glasses here I had an expectation the product was gonna suck/be and feel cheap or it may be a scam. But i went ahead with the $23 purchase and thought what the hell.
Contacted customer service when I couldn't figure out the shipping info and a real human responded almost immediately- super nice and answered all my questions.
Took a few weeks to arrive and when they did... OMG they were PERFECT.
Im pissed ive paid hundreds (with insurance) for prescription glasses when Firmoo has them for $20-$40!
Will be buying more and singing their praises to everyone i know!
