Pleasantly surprised
When i saw how cheap I could get prescription glasses here I had an expectation the product was gonna suck/be and feel cheap or it may be a scam. But i went ahead with the $23 purchase and thought what the hell. Contacted customer service when I couldn't figure out the shipping info and a real human responded almost immediately- super nice and answered all my questions. Took a few weeks to arrive and when they did... OMG they were PERFECT. Im pissed ive paid hundreds (with insurance) for prescription glasses when Firmoo has them for $20-$40! Will be buying more and singing their praises to everyone i know! THANKS FIRMOO
