Customer service standout!
One standout thing about Firmoo is the customer service and experience. Any time ive ever had an issue with any pair of glasses (ive been buying here for about 8 years now) they have always fixed the issue quickly and been very responsive. I even had a pair of glasses that broke maybe 5 or 6 months after i got them and they just asked for some photos before sending me a brand new pair, free of charge. Another time one pair came with a coating that wrinkled when i tried to heat them with a hairdryer to adjust the frame, and again they were replaced for free. This last issue was actually with the mail carrier (yuntrack) has basically held my glasses hostage for over a week, and after talking to customer service they assured they were contacting yuntrack to get the glasses moving- but after 3 more days of no movement i messaged again and they said they were going to ship a new pair with expedited shipping, AGAIN free of charge even though i offered to pay to expedite the. My original projected delivery date is still 5 days away and they still offered to do this. I really like firmoo as a company and all the styles they offer, but having prompt and competent customer service reps is a huge plus. Firmoo has made getting glasses not only affordable, but an enjoyable experience as well.

Glasses are made with good quality and I had a problem with the glasses being my first order, but they let me keep the glasses while sending me a replacement totally free, so, they won me as a new customer. I'm very happy with my purchase.
I received the second order
They changed my 1 star to 5 star. I received the second order, which was supposed to be an exchange for my first order. The first order had issued a coupon of around 93 USD, which I used to place the second order. However, since the second order was cheaper, the coupon amount wasn’t fully used, and they didn’t refund me the remaining balance. When I received the second order, I noticed that the entire product was defective: the legs of the glasses were bent outward instead of inward. Customer service kept calling it a sizing issue, but it is absolutely a quality problem. Additionally, the clip-on does not fit the glasses at all—there is a very noticeable gap at the top. For the second time, I requested to exchange the glasses. I told them I would return this pair, but they only issued a coupon of about 80 USD, which does not fully cover my next order. Furthermore, they do not allow stacking this coupon with the website’s own coupons. This was never mentioned before at all. Communicating with customer service was extremely difficult; I spent over two hours trying to get through to them, and it was completely a waste of my time. I also tried to communicate by phone, but no one answered at all during their stated operating hours

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered glass and sent my prescription, I can't even see through the glasses and they are way too big. They fall off. Wouldn't buy again. Found a much better company and the glasses are spot on. After this review I was told that I can get a pair of glasses but still have to pay for the lenses, what a joke. No thanks, I will end up with 2 pair of glasses that are absolutely useless. I sent my prescription. If they can't get it right then they shouldn't be in buisness.

I have ordered 4 pairs from them throughout the 3 year of needed glasses. Great glasses for the price. Yes, it feels a bit cheap quality but you get what you pay for and honestly it’s better than that. Worth every $ and the wait.
I was really skeptical about buying…
I was really skeptical about buying from here mostly because of the price being so cheap. I wanted some glasses that were more funky than what you get on the high st and I'm so glad I took the chance because I'm absolutely in love with them! They are the cutest glasses and great quality, i liked how they were packaged and the information that was sent with them. There is a bit of a wait I suppose depending on what you need, i waited 4 weeks but I feel like it was worth it. I also contacted their customer services through the online chat as the date kept changing, i found them friendly and helpful. I will definitely be buying another pair.

Excellent customer service experience
Excellent customer service experience. Although the glasses did not meet my expectations initially, the support team handled everything professionally and quickly. They processed my refund without hassle and even allowed me to keep the glasses as a goodwill gesture. Communication was clear throughout the process and they genuinely tried to make things right. Very impressed with how they handled the situation and I would consider ordering again in the future. P.S This was my second purchase from them.

Ordered 3 seperate times now from firmoo, always been really happy with my purchases. The quality is so good for the price. I’ve like trying different styles but don’t like paying high street prices so it’s perfect, customer service is also really good. Definitely would recommend!

Customer support is on point I ordered the right glasses but as the silly person I didn't check my prescription as it was out of date which was pointed to me when I sent it to the customer support, i was given a coupon to "exchange" my glasses i would only have to pay the difference for the shipping which i agreed on anyway as i asked if there was anyway to expedite the shipping. I asked their AI chat bot to speak to a human and it transferred me to a lovely person called Carly who guided me through the process properly and now i know it was all due to my opticians not giving me the right prescription. Firmoo glasses are trash
My Firmoo glasses are trash. Firmoo is good for basics only -- maybe. They get you to act quickly for their "sales" when 1. they have a "sale" every week, 2. The "sale" = you paying 100 for a "twenty" dollar pair of glasses.

Avoid Firmoo if you’re in the UK — they do not follow UK consumer law. I ordered glasses that arrived faulty — poor quality, far too large in comparison to online measurements, constantly falling off and completely unwearable. Instead of offering a straightforward refund, Firmoo spent days sending me scripted replies, discount codes, and “compensation coupons” that I never asked for. They then tried to: • Deduct VAT from my refund, which is illegal under UK law • Charge me return postage, even though the item is faulty • Refuse a full refund, claiming their internal “compensation order” policy overrides UK consumer rights It doesn’t. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty goods must be refunded in full, including VAT, and the retailer must cover return postage. Firmoo ignored this repeatedly. The amount of hassle, back‑and‑forth emails, and attempts to avoid their legal obligations has been shocking. I’ve now had to involve my bank and Trading Standards. If you’re in the UK, think twice before ordering — their policies do not comply with UK consumer protection laws and their customer service seems oblivious to the fact that they need to do this.

I won’t go to high street opticians to buy glasses anymore
I have ordered glasses from here three times now. I go to a high street opticians and get my prescription then order glasses off Firmoo. I can get 6 pairs of glasses from here for the same price as one pair from the opticians. Every time, I have been very impressed.
Great glasses, reliable customer service
I have been getting my glasses from Firmoo for the past 3 years. They always provide a great selection of frames to choose from. The lenses are on point to the prescription I provided. Recently, I ordered two glasses from them and there are two different prescriptions. Customer services contacted me to confirm that there are two different prescriptions. I told them that the glasses I was ordering are for two different people (for me and my daughter), hence the difference in prescription. I just appreciate that they contacted me to clarify the order. In terms of price, their products are affordable and you can make customizations like photocromic lenses, blue light etc. without breaking your budget. I definitely recommend Firmoo, and will continue ordering from them in the future.
