BEST SERVICE EVER!
I have bought several pairs of glasses from Firmoo and I have always been happy with both products and service. However, the last pair I bought featured their "XTRACTIVE" lens which cost quite a bit more and I wasn't happy with the result. As advertised, it does go dark, more or less immediately, as soon as you go outside, but it takes a long time to revert back to clear. I wrote a letter stating my disappointment and in reply, they requested a short video showing the darkened glasses, which I duly submitted. Thereafter, without any further ado, they offered me a voucher to the value of twice what I had paid for the glasses or a full refund. Not needing any more glasses at present, I opted for the refund which I received via my Paypal account within a few hours. Apart from immediately offering a full refund without any further hassle, I was very impressed with the way in which the whole matter was handled, right from the beginning to the end. I can thoroughly recommend Firmoo, both for their products and their service.
Absolute price friendly store
Absolute price friendly store. But with returns if you don’t like the fit of the glasses or it doesn’t where as you thought the do make a difference for people. Some have to send the glasses back and pay the shipping cost ( then you lose more money than the regular price) and some people get to keep the glasses and can choose to give to charity and get a refund.

Wrong prescription
I bought some very cool glasses but where disappointed when they came. I had ordered them as they should accordingly to my prescription and everything. They unfortunately were the wrong prescription, i tested them at my local optician and it was WAY off. BUT i got my money back so it was okay. Just be aware if your prescription is «very specific»

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. My glasses are lovely. I've had so many compliments on them, the lenses are perfect, and they came very quickly. I did have an issue with one of the pairs I originally ordered where there was a slight distortion to the lense, but when I asked for an exchange, Firmoo got back to me immediately with a coupon for the cost of the glasses and postage that I could use for a new pair, and didn't even require me to send back the faulty one's. I will definitely be buying from them again, I am thrilled with the experience.

I was sceptical about buying these
I was sceptical about buying these as I needed progressive lens. They are beautiful but at first I thought they had got the prescription wrong so took them into an optometrist and all they needed was nose pads adjusted as they were sitting too high Will definitely be back to buy more and have recommended this business to everyone I was looking at paying NZ $1000+ with transition lens. Could buy 4 pairs from Firmoo!!!
Glasses are ok but like other Chinese…
Glasses are ok but like other Chinese companies, they treat their customers like they are stupid. I ordered the same glasses, only with a slightly different prescription (-9.75 instead of -10) and I got glasses which were obviously not polished to 1,74 as they were a lot thicker. They keep telling me the -0,25 LESS is the reason but by that reasoning, the glasses with the higher prescription should be thicker. It's common knowledge that the higher the - prescription, the thicker the glasses. I hate being treated like I am stupid.

I had a great experience with choosing Firmoo, The delivery was fast and smooth, and the item quality was very good—exactly as described. Communication was clear and helpful throughout the process. Absolutely awful. Won't let me return my order because I used a discount code they gave me, even though I have said they can remove that amount from the refund. Beware if you don't like the glasses you won't get your money back!

I love my stylish frames
I love my stylish frames, bought this for blue light blocking, computer/progressive lenses. I asked a question regarding blue light blocking because it was not noticeable at first and received a good response. The green reflections are blue light blocking after all. Scam adjacent website
I loved the look of some of their glasses and was looking to purchase, I have a large head and therefore need large frames, I've never tested my PD so always just go with the average (around 63) every time I tried it told me I'd have to pay a £9 uplift as my PD is too small, out of intrigue I moved the PD to the maximum the website allows and it still comes up with that the same pop up. I have no problem paying for glasses but this feels like a scam suddenly changing the price at the last minute! I'll stick to competitors who are actually honest with their pricing.
