AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
My glasses broke and I was told I had to return them before getting my money back or an exchange and I said “but if i return them I won’t be able to see, is there a way I can keep them until I get a new pair?” And basically got told no it’s not my problem if I don’t have a spare… got given a coupon to get a new Pair but that was it! Won’t be shopping there again!
