I’ve been using Lensmart for a few years and have bought several pairs of glasses, the prices are remarkable and the quality of prescription is excellent. They also stand out for their excellent customer service, something which is sadly lacking in many online retailers now. They are professional, respond quickly , efficient, and empathetic towards customers. Recently I purchased a new pair of glasses, I had a problem with the screw falling out of the arm , I contacted them with photos, they always respond to every email. They have offered to send me a new pair of glasses to resolve the issue. You can’t ask more than that. 10/10 highly recommend for prices and customer service.

While I was excited to receive some beautiful glasses at exceptional prices I have discovered that it truly is TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. After discovering an error on my part and paying additional funds for corrected lenses, I received incorrect lenses as a replacement. When I took the error to their customer service team (based out of China-leaving a 12 hour communication delay) I have only received push back after push back on having the products remedied. They are not owning up to their part and admitting that they sent me incorrect prescription lenses. They are a nightmare to deal with and I would leave a ZERO star rating if I could. Do Not purchase through them. They are terrible.

Ordered 2 glasses. Prescription is completely off in both despite being correctly intered while ordering. I can't see anything from afar. I'm very unsatisfied. I had a way better experience with Cleary.com. Also, with my optometrist I couldn't read the biggest letters while wearing the glasses. Only when my optometrist put an extra glass lense in from of my eyes only then I could see clearly from afar. I read the bad reviews before ordering and thought I'd take the risk. I was so wrong. Never ever again ordering with lensmart. I recommand to everyone to stay away.

Their service is amazing because they fast respond to any questions you have and first confirmed my prescription with me which I appreciated because I made a mistake and could have easily just wasted my money on glasses that I was not going to use. Fantastic glasses with attached sunglasses. Came within 7 days and the value for money is astounding. Cost less that £20 including postage, would have been upward of £200 with opticians.
