I ordered a pair a while back and loved them. Unfortunately I lost them and now they hey are discontinued. Ordered a similar pair last week and arrived so quick. Quality is excellent. Next time I will get varifocal ones.

The exchange and refund process is very complicated, the response time by customer support is slow, if they even respond. I recommend using other companies to avoid their return hoops and lack of response/solutions.

At first I was put off by the price point. Upon receiving however it made perfect sense. These are not some cheap, flimsy on line glasses. They are made of quality, sturdy material, fit comfortably and are beautifully stylish. Details are stunning.
This is my second order and it couldn’t be easier. Delivery is quick, a week earlier than predicted both times. The glasses are well made and keenly priced. All you need is your current prescription, follow the instructions and you have a new pair of perfectly pretty glasses!!

Customer service is excellent communication when I couldn't find my glasses they assured me that they're on their way at a certain time and when I got them delivered they were very full quality glasses better than what I expected. Size Medium is my size ( I have 23 pairs of glasses )but these glasses are wider and slip off my nose. I do love the style though💕

I ordered three pairs of glasses, after months of struggling I realized after reviewing and seeing my optician the wrong prescription was put into all pairs. The response was appalling and was given no apology, no explanation or offer to find a solution.
