It only took one week to get my frames from Vooglam and they were fantastic. They were boxed perfectly with added accessories. Nice sturdy, shiny black frames that fit my face perfectly. Will buy from this shop again.

I received my new prescription glasses…
I received my new prescription glasses today and they are amazing. I was a little sceptical about buying online for something I hadn’t tried on in a shop but with the modern technology of “tryon” on a picture it works and I’m so happy with the results. With a lot more selection and funky frames and less than half the price. Such quick delivery aswell. Wasn’t expecting until later in the month and arrived before due. One happy customer. I’ve ordered sunglasses now aswell with prescription. Thank you

I was sceptical at first, bit genuinely the best things ever!! - they came 2 weeks early (I live in the UK so I wasn’t expecting this) - fit perfectly and cutest design - easy app to use and the PD you can do at home with your camera I’m in love with the brand, definitely recommend!!
This company has the worse return…
This company has the worse return policy. When you get any thing from them and are not satisfied with the item, they do not send you a label and will make you send the item via ups or any postal service and will charge you over 200$ Canadian . they make it so hard for you to return item. They can send you a replacement forcing you to stick to their item. If you are in Canada do not buy except you are willing to let go of your money if unsatisfied. Be careful guys don’t get scammed .

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM VOOGLAM
The 3 glasses I ordered were completely blurry and i cannot see out of them. There are no easy returns as stated. I have been corresponding with them for a week now, with no avail of getting a full refund. First, they offered me a 30% credit, which i refused. Then they offered me a 50% credit, which i also refused. Vooglam will not give me my full refund back. When ordering, I uploaded my prescription from my doctor and they are trying to blame me for their error. I notified my credit card to investigate and dispute my charges.

Ordered glasses in March. Still waiting.
Ordered glasses in March. Still awaiting delivery. Said they’d tried to deliver but I received no phone call notification. They returned the glasses to China. Said they would re-deliver. Still waiting. Contacted them to chase the order and they said they can’t supply the same glasses and had cancelled the order. Why didn’t they just send me the same glasses they returned to China????? Why didn’t they let me know they had cancelled the order?? After several emails I am now still awaiting delivery. They keep emailing me to say the new delivery address is incorrect. The delivery address is to a well known courier company in my area. I clarified this with them and they are now asking me to resend the same delivery address as they didn’t receive the first email. Totally unprofessional company and service. Hopefully I will receive my prescription glasses very soon…the ones I needed months ago!

They just cancelled my order
They just cancelled my order, not even informing me at all. I am fighting for a refund right now! What a disgrace!! The chat keeps dropping so I don’t know if I will get my refund!
