Have amazing customer service care
Have been buying from Vooglam for a few years, love their glasses. However bought a pair very recently but I was away when a screw came out. Contacted Vooglam on line extremely easy process, they were able to send a replacement pair and I received that pair 7 days later, could not fault their customer service from start to finish, and what I love with Vooglam is your are updated at every stage of the process. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered these glasses on April 8th. I fell and broke them on May 12th and had to reorder. They were processed quickly and were perfect both times! Someone told me they should have still been under warranty. I don’t believe this site offers a warranty, but that would have been nice. I did receive a 20% discount which was appreciated.

I’ve bought 5 pair of glasses, returned one pair because they were wide face and I didn’t realize. No problem with the return of that pair. The pair I just received, my vision is blurry for some reason. Waiting for a response from Vooglam. Vooglam is very responsive!!

VERY IMPRESSED!
I was worried I had ordered so many glasses from so many places and none of them were what they said. HOWEVER my 2 pairs from VOOGLAM ARE AMAZING!!! The quality is 10/10!They are lightweight but STURDY and fit perfectly. I will not be ordering from anywhere else!
