Disappointed-glasses don't fit
I am leaving a four-star review because I promised to leave a positive review, but overall I am very disappointed. My first pair of glasses did not fit, and I did not initiate the return properly. Lens smart was not going to offer me any refund, but after begging they agreed to send me a replacement pair of glasses. I promised I would leave a good review if they did. I had to pay return shipping, and an additional $13 for the difference of the price in the next pair. Unfortunately, the second pair had very strange nose pads, and it pushed my glasses up so high it looks like I am attempting to see out of my eyebrows! I was denied the option to exchange them again, so unfortunately I have spent $100 on glasses and return shipping, and I still do not have a functional pair of glasses. I would be happy to return them for a refund, but I'm told I am out of luck. I appreciate that they sent me a replacement pair, but I have still spent $100 on nothing. I have a lot of trouble finding glasses that fit as I have a very narrow face. Both Zeelool and Eyebuydirect have given me full refunds for glasses I could not use!
