In your case, the warranty was expired, which is why you’ve received the same information across our channels. Since your Customizer is nearly 1.5 years old, it is significantly outside the one-year manufacturer's warranty. While we cannot offer a free replacement for a product this far out of warranty, we did provide the discounted offer because we value you as a customer and want to see your project completed.
