评价综述
AI 生成Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently mention that the website is extremely easy to navigate, offering a wonderful and wide variety of appealing clothing choices to browse and explore. Many individuals also find the entire ordering process quite straightforward and feel excited while awaiting their new garments. Some reviewers were not happy with the product quality, stating that the delivered garments feel like cheap polyester instead of the advertised linen. Furthermore, customers noted that the items feature low quality printed patterns rather than the promised embroidery, making them entirely different from the online pictures.

Easy to navigate and expansive product choice, especially the sizes. Easy checkout and payment options.
DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY! COMPLETE SCAM! None of the products are even close to the pictures. Bought sweaters that we meant to be knitted. Instead they send printed cheap hoodies. And then they ask you to pay the return charges too. Simply a scam.
Smooth interface
Smooth interface. Wide range of items.
Easy to use
Website was easy to maneuver around and a lot of nice products.
I can only echo everything said in the…
I can only echo everything said in the other one star reviews. I can only assume that the 5 star review was written by someone associated with Rococity. This is a shame as I am sure that somewhere this clothing exists as advertised. Useful lesson about buying through social media without checking the company. Buyer beware .
Ya they’re scam quality
Ha, you got me Rococity keep my money. I’m not usually so gullible. The quality of shirts I received… is about the same as the $10 fancy dress outfits you get in joke stores. I don’t know what type of nylon plastic they used to make them, but I’d be nervous wearing this shirt within 10m of a live flame.
Don't order
Come on I ordered No:RT00077061 You are taking the micky the shirt turned up looking nothing like the picture on your website the cheap nylon material ( linen blend your joking )colour too bright collar nothing like the shirt your advertising , How dare you send such rubbish to customers. A Very unhappy Michael

Products are really poor quality.
Products are really poor quality. Once received I tried to return them but first they take more than a week to respond to the emails and secobd they won't allow the return as produced in China. Please avoid at all costs, end product is really different from what advertised. material
I am really disappointed with Rococity
I am really disappointed with Rococity. The dresses I ordered did not match the photos on the website at all – the fabric quality looked extremely cheap and inferior. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service, I only received inadequate voucher offers and no real solution. It seems like customer concerns are not taken seriously here. I would not recommend purchasing from Rococity.
Easy web site
Easy web site, good choices.
These people are complete scammers
These people are complete scammers. They advertised linen mix shirts and sent cheap and nasty nylon shirts. When I complained and requested my money back the offered me a discount voucher on my next purchase. On what possible planet did they think I would ever buy from them in the future.
Poor quality
Poor quality. Images and clothes doesn't match. Cheap chinese stuff with a lot of marketing on facebook. Shame on meta that they don't check anything.

Really like the designs available, however service/ delivery seems to be painfully slow. Products still not left supplier after order confirmed over one week ago. Ordered things from other companies at the same time - all arrived last week.
