THIS WEBSITE IS A TOTAL FRAUD! I learnt the hard way. The shirts and jacket I bought are nothing like the website images and descriptions. They are all just cheap polyester with badly printed patterns - not the lovely woven cotton and linen fabrics they claim to be on the website. The Refund Policy allows a full refund - but when I asked for this, they instead asked me to keep the products and take a 20% coupon for future purchases, saying it would take too long to return ship the items! And I have since had no reply to my email insisting on a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
Good service though confusing which is men and which is women’s. I feel this can be corrected easily It takes too long to find out if it’s a men’s or women’s item.
I WISH I READ REVIEWS BEFORE , I will never buy from this company ever again, the clothes on offer don't look like what you receive, I was expecting cotton shirts, not a shinny material that looks cheap, for what I spent, it doesn't show, also the sizing was different to what I normally wear, I feel ripped off and disappointed, NEVER AGAIN !!!, UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!

I placed an order which I immediately cancelled as it had the wrong address.
Rococity claim to be a UK company but they are not.
It's been over a month and I've recieved nothing from them despite requesting a refund.
Nothing but a bunch of scammers.
So much choice and fantastic designs. It took me a few days to actually decide on what to buy, I wanted all of it!
HOWEVER, when I received the order it was 2 of the worst shirts I’ve ever seen. Advertised as Linen/cotton mix but actually made of recycled water bottles. DO NOT BUY!!!
This is a scam site, and PayPal have been informed. They also used to go under the name Docochic, also a total scam site. Hopefully, PayPal will drop them.
They advertise nice stuff, but send you crap. I'll avoid non-Australian/U.S./W. European businesses from now on.
After that, you'll have to go directly through your bank/card co. to deal with this horrible seller.
(I regret not having checked TrustPilot first -- I'm a fighter, though, and will get every cent refunded.)
What they show looks like a linen cotton blend however what you get is a polyester printed shirt. It really is not at all what they advertised. Do your self a favor and run from their shop.
