Been on a shirt buying spree for this summer. Products arrived in a timely manner very light material which is great for Australian summer. Have added another purchased for shorts plus 2 more shirts. Totally decked out for Queensland heat and going out.Admittedly the quality is not what was advertised. Big difference from what was on the site to what arrived. Buyer should check first hey!

The company is fraudulent
The company is fraudulent. The shirts are not cotton Linen they are polyester. They mail them from Nsw but insist you return them to China. I am waiting for a refund but the company state that the shirts are stuck in customs and that I have to pay to release the items even though there are no details about how to pay this fee. This has been an expensive mistake for me as I bought 4 shirts for gifts. A terrible company.

Rococity does NOT provide for returns For wrong sizes unless the customer pays the freight to and from China! Website has no hint of this - they instead offered me a 30% off coupon on a future purchase. Products I received are poorly made and run on the small side. STAY AWAY and waste your money elsewhere!

Sept 2024, UK online purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot leave a negative review! I wish I had checked Trust Pilot before spending £30 on possibly the worst garment I have ever seen. Online, the plum blossom short-sleeved shirt looked ideal. It arrived after about 2 weeks, crumpled up in a torn plastic bag, it is very badly made, badly sized, with an appalling blurry "screen print", it does not feel like "linen blend" and the care/manufacturing label has been cut out of the shirt. It looks nothing like the shirt as advertised online. I am currently working on email no.3 with them for a full refund, but don't hold out much hope after reading these reviews. I will chase it up via PayPal and our local trading standards team. Avoid at all costs, it does seem like a clickbait type scam.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Store I had a very disappointing experience with Rococity.com. I ordered an item that was advertised as a khaki color in size X, but what I received was completely different in color and did not match the advertised size. When I contacted customer service, they asked for photos, which I provided, but the situation only got worse. After several back-and-forth emails, they informed me that I would need to return the item to China at my own expense, despite the fact that the mistake was entirely theirs. Their return policy is unreasonable and unfair, especially since I was deceived by false advertising. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back because their customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. I will never shop with Rococity.com again and would advise others to avoid this store. Their product quality and customer service are both extremely disappointing.

This company also has very unique type of business by only having Japanese fashion. It says about your strengths as well. Rococity.com is very clearly a scam. I lost money buying shirts advertised as made of linen and though I received the clothing, they were made of some cheap synthetic. Paypal was not at all helpful.
