Rococity Rocks! Unusual Beautiful and Comfortable Clothes

This is my second time ordering from Rococity. The clothing designs are so lovely, artistic, unusual...I love East Asian art, so these clothes really appeal to me. The ordering process was smooth and easy. All great!

The products in terms of sizing: PERFECT

The products in terms of sizing, quality both printing and fabric is good. I have given three stars and not five, owing to the long wait because of dispatch and shipping. It takes nearly 20 days to ship and no estimated time of delivery is given. The Styles are fabulous however the pricing is international and not in accordance to the markets in India. However, I understand it's a choice to make and this is my second time.

Countless options of styles and colors

The website has so many options of styles and colors. I found so many shirts I was interested in. Also, the size options were very inclusive.

Great shirt.

Finally, after a long wait my shirt arrived…and I am so pleased with it. I tried it on and sat down to order two more. Love it.

A good selection of clothing for men…

A good selection of clothing for men and women, prices seem to be a little on cheap side but we will see when the items arrive. It would be nice to have a estimated delivery date, and it is easy to get lost in the site if you click on something that's not on the list you are looking at.

This company is a fraud

This website is a fraud, they took 4 weeks to send 4 Polyester Shirts. They advertise Cotton/linen shirts and charge accordingly, when caught they replied with, we know it's expensive to send things back to China and a offer of 10% discount on the shirts. They never had any intention of sending the right shirts. When pushed by Paypal they offered 50%, when I turned it down, they gave me 2 different addresses to send their rubbish back. They then told Paypal they hadn't received the shirts. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these fraudsters.

Ordered 3 shirts that were supposed to…

Ordered 3 shirts that were supposed to be linen. Not. Shirts didn't fit, so I reached out for a return. Got reply saying freight shipping charges were expensive and I could keep the shirts and get a bonus 10% off next purchase. I then told them I didn't want to do this. No reply. Sent another email. Mailbox full. Have been unsuccessfully trying to email but no response.

No label on clothes and impossible to return items

The items seem to be of a different material than the pictures and there is no label on clothes (illegal?). Returning them is impossible as the only point of contact is the email address, but it rejects each communication because it is full

Bait and switch garment shop

Ordered a shirt based on a picture from their website. What I received was completely different than what was shown. Such an obvious bait and switch once I saw the product. Materials completely different, buttons completely different l, pattern completely different - Even though their website states that customer satisfaction is paramount and that returns are easy, once I opened up a return ticket I just keep getting the runaround. Now it’s just a hassle trying to put in a claim through the payment company I used to purchase this shirt. Lastly, there are no tags sewn into this garment which is required by law in the United States.

THESE ARE FRAUDSTERS BEWARE OF THEM - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY The product absolutely does not correspond to the photo and description on the website: The fabric of the shirts is terrible, cheap synthetics, polyester, it is simply impossible to wear such a shirt, the construction and design of the shirts and collars are monstrous, The print on the shirts is of appallingly poor quality.this is a complete deception in all respects! Also, instead of 8 shirts, they only sent us 7. The company responded to the Email requesting a refund with complete nonsense and stopped responding!

Chargeback process

Hi everyone, I read all the reviews from those who bought items from Rococity, and the same thing happened to me. Without checking Trustpilot, I ordered clothes worth 90€ from the website. Like many of you, I received only three out of four items. I sent more than 15 emails, but they aren’t willing to issue a refund or exchange. Instead, they offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase. So, I contacted my bank and explained the situation. The bank has the option of retrieving the money through a chargeback process. I recommend everyone to go this route. I received my money, including the shipping charge, in 2 weeks.

Only two of three items arrived

Only two of three items arrived. Those that did were of terrible quality. Nearly 4 weeks have passed since a return requested and a refund for non delivery. No action other than evasive email replies. Do not buy from here.

Poor quality

Polyester fabric. No labels of brand. Poor sewing quality. Printing has spots. Color variation in same garment.

Horrendous cheap quality

A. Shirts were advertised as a blend of linen and cotton. What I received were polyester/ synthetics - B. Pathetic quality- the shirt tore at seams and shoulders within 5 minutes of wearing it C. The prints were cheap and terrible D. After seeing the refund status of others on review, I dont think I would get any response from them E. Please do not waste money or time ever purchasing from this site F. I would rate it "Zero" if such a rating were possible

Bait and switch

Bait and switch, show one thing and supply another! Scam from start to finish, rubbish quality plastic clothing company. I am in the midst of seeking a refund and am being fobbed of with "your request for a refund is being processed and will take 7 days". I will write an update of the process and their tactics here. If you ever thought about why you should never buy anything from a Chinese company ever again then this is the company to learn from, me, I'm done with this scam country. The only way to get your message across to these people is to find non Chinese alternatives. Avoid trading with these scammers.

Rococity is completely misleading store .. very cheap quality ... overblown/ super pixelated prints / inferior product for it's price.. these guys are running a scam.. I bought 2 shirts and a cap .. all third grade material and design.. do not believe the pictures
