What reviewers say

AI generated

Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently mention that the website is extremely easy to navigate, offering a wonderful and wide variety of appealing clothing choices to browse and explore. Many individuals also find the entire ordering process quite straightforward and feel excited while awaiting their new garments. Some reviewers were not happy with the product quality, stating that the delivered garments feel like cheap polyester instead of the advertised linen. Furthermore, customers noted that the items feature low quality printed patterns rather than the promised embroidery, making them entirely different from the online pictures.

What people say

**Warning: what I received was very different from what the website led me to expect**

I placed an order worth around €180 with Rococity on 12 June 2026. I eventually received the parcel on 21 July. The website had made a very good impression on me. The product photos are attractive, and Rococity presents itself as a family-run business, even giving the first names of five family members and showing what looks like a small clothing workshop. The site also refers to handmade, made-to-order clothing. What I actually received was extremely disappointing. One specific example is a “vintage men’s blended linen kimono” priced at €33.46. The garment I received has no visible fibre-composition label at all — only a small size label marked “L”. So I cannot even tell how much linen it contains, or what fibres it is actually made from. The design that looks detailed and refined in the website photos is simply printed onto the fabric. Up close, some details and characters look blurry and poorly defined. The finishing on the inside is also very basic. The two caps in my order are acceptable. But for almost everything else, the quality is, in my opinion, extremely poor compared with what the photos and presentation on the website led me to expect. I later discovered something else that surprised me. While one part of the website presents Rococity as a family business making clothes in the United States, another page says the company has its own factories and employs workers in Asia, and that the website is owned by Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area Jinghao Logistics Co., Ltd. I regret not reading the negative reviews before ordering. Several customers describe experiences very similar to mine: synthetic-feeling fabrics, blurry or pixelated prints, and products that look very different from the website photos. My advice to potential buyers: **do not rely only on the attractive product photos or the star rating. Read carefully the reviews written by customers who have actually received the clothes.** I will not order from Rococity again.

Your inventory is original and…

Your inventory is original and different from other collections. I like things that are edgy and not seen on everyone when walk down the street. There is a wide variety to choose from and options in color. It is almost impossible to not be able to find something that fits your interest.

Be warned

Be warned: the items shown bear no resemblance to what you will actually receive—which are crude imitations printed on polyester fabric and poorly stitched. They are absolute rags, unfit to wear. It is impossible to return the merchandise, let alone get a refund. You will lose your money if you order from this site.

A shirt that's rubbish. A handkerchief with buttons.SCAM

Received a shirt. Absolute rubbish. A handkerchief with some buttons attached. This is the kind of shirt you would get for a buck in China. The textile is thin as smoking paper. No embroidery, only a cheap print. XL and it's to little. Return policy implies paying high shipping costs. China scammers strike again! China's Government should take action, this rip-off fake company tarnishes the country's reputation. Don't by these shirts!

This is fake shop

This is fake shop, they are scammers! The product doesn't match the description. Instead of embroidery and natural fabrics, I received crooked items with cheap prints from AliExpress! I simply threw them away and lost $300! All the photos on the website are AI-generated, but in reality, it's a dropshipping store!
