DO NOT ORDER! IT'S A SCAM! DROP-SHIPPED FROM SHEIN, TEMU OR SOMETHING SIMILAR! The company claims to be USA based family business and instead they're a logistics company based in China. Absolutely garbage quality clothing. Pictures on the website are AI generated and the items I received are all 2D printed onto cheap material, and don't look anything like the sales photos. No material and care tags attached. Customer service is being very difficult about returns, they clearly are trying to waste time. Returns are only possible once they have approved the return. I have asked for a return address and instructions multiple times and the company keeps delaying. Instead of quick and straightforward "Here's the return address and return form", they need to "Evaluate and come up with a solution". I have a right to return, regardless of the reason. If you SCUMS target EU based customers your service falls under EU regulations. There is nothing to process, nothing to discuss. I do not need their assesment or feedback about my return request. They refuse to share the return address. Next step is chargeback through my bank. Absolutely garbage company, quality and treatment of customers. Stay away from this company! Writing this review on behalf of my mother, who unfortunately fell for the beautiful AI generated pictures.

I like the material and your art work…

I like the material and your art work of designing is really beautiful and very well creative. I haven’t received the shirt yet. I hope it would fit my husband perfectly. It’s for his birthday present.

The ordering process went well

The ordering process went well, but what really caught my eye was the illustration of the merchandise. Very colorful and visually descriptive. Anxiously awaiting my shirt purchase. Well, the shirt arrived and it is ok, but definitely not as nice as the item illustrated in the ad.

None of the items ordered correspond to…

None of the items ordered correspond to what is advertised on the website. I ordered several items that do not look anything close to the pictures that are on the website. When I confronted the seller and sent them the pictures, they acknowledged that they had received the pictures but claim that they need all the items shipped back to them at my expense to be able to make a decision on the matter. As far as I am concerned, this is unheard of, you sell a very pale copy of what you advertise when the customer receives it, he has to justify himself and return the items at his expense not knowing if you will receive the real item advertised or even be reimbursed in anyway. In my repeated correspondence with this business I have also observed that they are aware that most clients will not ship the things back because of how idiotic it would be so they try to push 10% or 20% off things that clearly you do not want to buy again since what you get is not what is advertised. By the way this company advertises as if it is based in the US, but it is a Chinese company with everything that it involves to me. It is the very definition of a scam or at least a very dishonest company.

I am so disappointed with the quality of the 2 tops i purchased. In the picture they looked beautiful in reality they didnt look anything like they should. I wouldnt buy from them again. I felt like i was conned. Dont waste your money.

Do not use.

The items I received are absolutely atrocious. I feel conned. Save yourself the disappointment of purchasing from this company. I should have known better. Caveat Emptor

I ordered some half dozen items from rococity. While the shirts were quite lovely and comfortable, one item was a failure. I ordered a kimono in size XL. While that item arrived in a package marked XL, the item itself was woefully small. The sleeves were several inches too short and it would not close across my chest. Instead of XL, it was more like XS. I wrote back to the supplier, expecting an apology and an offer to send an item of the correct size. Instead I was greeted with a statement that it would take 5-7 days for them to figure out a solution and that I should get back to them later. When I did respond, they complained about the cost of sending the item back to China, and offered me a 10% discount. This is an insult, considering their website already offers larger discounts on large orders. CAVEAT EMPTOR!🤬 This company may advertise a satisfaction guarantee, but in the end they offered my little more the back of their hand for an obvious mistake on their part.

You had the product I wanted and you accepted pay pal. Another site had merchandise like yours on sale and said they took pay pal but when I tried to check out they did not have that option. I will wait to see how fast it ships.

My only question is the size designation. I wear a size 44 sport jacket and usually order a size L. Are your collared shirts oversized? Should I have ordered a M with the collared shirt? John

Website was excellent, easy to manipulate, beautifully laid out & easy 2 navigate. All the items were so well presented, descriptions concise & informative with superb photographs . I had the best of times browsing the merchandise on offer & hope 2 do so many times in the future & am eagerly awaiting my chosen items 2 assess the quality. The whole experience of your site was a more than pleasurable experience & 4 me the views of the shop were a sort of dreamscape in a very mundane existence. The purchase was fast, easy and swift. Though I haven't seen the product physically but i believe i would want to purchase item when I eventually see it.

Two minor issues but awesome product

The experience and clothing is great and I’m a big fan! There are two areas in which I believe positive feedback can be improved. I purchased four shirts in my last order and the sizes are wrong. I’m going to return them so should be no problem, but it was my first order. Secondly, I strongly recommend having an overnight - or at least 2 day shipping option. It would stimulate sales and the cuspays the added cost.
