Safe Drivers Academy

Thank you for your 5-star review, Maria! We're glad you found the course easy to complete and the information super useful. We appreciate you choosing Safe Drivers Academy!

Thank you for your feedback, Joshua. We understand your frustration with the course experience. To clarify what happened: you reached the Introduction Content Validation quiz, which is a basic recap to ensure a real person is taking the course per NYS DMV requirements. After three failed attempts (your highest score was 67%), New York State DMV regulations require that the course be locked and restarted from the beginning. This isn't an app issue or something we can work around - it's a state mandate we must follow to remain an approved provider. We want to be completely honest with you: in all our time operating, we've never had anyone fail this introductory quiz before. This is genuinely unprecedented for us. It's designed to be straightforward and just confirms you've reviewed the basic course information. We're glad our customer service team was able to process your refund immediately so you could explore other providers. If another course provider works better for you, we wish you all the best. Thank you for giving Safe Drivers Academy a try.

Thank you for your 5-star review, Ken! We love hearing from students who weren't thrilled about taking the course but came away appreciating it. Thank you for this fantastic 5-star review! We absolutely love the enthusiasm and the pancakes analogy. You're right that the flexibility to learn on your own time from home is a game changer for many students. We're especially proud that you had such a positive experience reaching out for help. That's exactly what Jayson, one of our newest team members, is all about. Your feedback about actually getting a human on the phone who could help quickly is exactly the kind of customer service we want to deliver, and Jayson truly exemplifies that. No annoying AI phone agents here. Thank you for taking the time to share this review and for giving a shout-out to our team. We appreciate you choosing Safe Drivers Academy!

We're also glad the flexibility to pick up where you left off worked well for you, and that you learned new things about driving despite your experience. Your suggestion about adding more visual materials and graphics is great feedback. We'll take that into consideration as we continue to refine our course content. Visual illustrations can definitely help clarify complex concepts. Since you had such a positive overall experience, we'd love to know if the addition of more graphics and visuals would be what it takes to earn that 5th star, or if there's something else we could improve. Thank you for choosing Safe Drivers Academy!
