horrible experience, fixtures arrived bent, don't meet US, UL labeling standards, are a fire hazard, and if you want to return them, they say you have to ship them back to China at your expense, and lie about the declared value, that means, that they are basically asking you to break the law, yeah good luck and learn from my experience, don't buy by anything from this company

Dear Galen Holden
We are very sorry to read about the experience you described in your review. We take product quality and customer satisfaction very seriously, and we were concerned to see your comments.
Upon checking our records, this review is the first communication we have received from you regarding any issues with your order. We always encourage our customers to contact us directly at [email protected] with any problems so we can resolve them immediately.
We would like to address your specific points:
Safety & UL Certification: We want to state clearly for you and all our customers that every lighting fixture we sell in the United States is manufactured to meet US electrical standards and is shipped with the proper UL certification mark. The safety of our products is our highest priority and is never compromised.
Damaged Item & Returns: We are sorry to hear the fixture reportedly arrived bent. Our standard policy in such cases is to ship a brand-new replacement, completely free of charge, and there is no need to return the original item to China. We typically ask for a photo of the issue simply to document it for our records, but we have not yet received any message or evidence from you.
The offer for a free replacement stands.
To resolve this, please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number. We will arrange to have a new fixture sent to you right away.
We are confident that a new, undamaged product will meet your expectations.
Sincerely,
The samulighting Team
