What a horrible company
What a horrible company. My package was promised before Christmas. It is Jan 6th. It has not arrived. The company won’t issue a refund. They won’t respond. I am having to dispute my transaction. Do not use them.

I’ve ordered my photo cube a month ago…
I’ve ordered my photo cube a month ago and I still have no idea where it may be. The money was withdrawn from my account right away. I have contacted twice now Santa socks and I keep getting the same thing with them as to keep waiting. Same excuse both times and the tracking says it’s on it’s way but has not moved in the last sixteen days. I was hesitant to order from this company and I guess I should have stuck with my gut feeling. Still no answers. I guess if my purchase ever shows up I will be greatly surprised. Very disappointed and will never recommend anyone order from Santa socks. January-21-2022. It’s been a month and a half of back and forth. I finally received my Photo cube. This must be some kind of joke. I waited a month and a half for this thing. The cube is really eight different cubes you have to put the crappy stickers on yourself. I was ok at the game operation but you have to be world champion with incredible steady hands to get these straight. And don’t even mess up because your never going to get the opportunity back to correct it. I’m so discussed and feel a little, um dumber for ordering from this company. I’ve been taken advantage of and I hope this review helps anyone in this great world to avoid the problem I’ve encountered.
23 days and counting…missed Christmas!
I ordered my gifts (socks) on 2-December. Today is Christmas Eve and USPS has done their last delivery….no receipt. Based on the disclosures on SantaSocks.com website, I should have received my order no later than 21-December. I’m VERY disappointed with this company.

Absolute rip off
Absolutely poor. The shirts came 2 weeks too late for the stag do, regardless of us paying an extra £25 for the 2-5 day delivery option. We were unable to cancel the order without a charge as they were apparently already made, however, that begs the question of why did they arrive so late? Shocking customer service and a rather poor quality shirt, I wouldn't waste your time or money on these as there are much better options available that won't rip you off.

Update: I finally received the item that was missing from my order. It is very cute and good quality. The jury is still out as to whether it was worth the hassle. I am having a terrible experience with Santa Socks. Ordered 2 sets of couples aprons (his & her aprons). Received package after 3 weeks; one complete set, one single apron. Packaging was intact, aprons in sealed bags inside shipping packages. Sent email to customer service, receive a reply: “it was delivered, check the bushes”- no, really it said that. Reached out via customer service; their response, send us pictures. Sent pictures, sent the label number, told them I was pleased with what I received, just wanted the other apron I had ordered. Crickets for 2 weeks, then got an email saying ‘we’re closing this request, how satisfied are you?’ Just reached out again, same loop: check the bushes, send pictures, now they claim they can’t see the pictures I sent. So buyer beware. The product I received was good, but if they mess up your order it appears you are out of luck. Customer service phone number is questionable; it is the service line for a jewelry shop, leave a message.

I got a little nervous when a few weeks had gone by & so looked at reviews— and understandably got more nervous! But— my order arrived today, following an email that said it was on its way. I think it was my own error not to have looked at where the company is located & to have thought I’d see the shorts and socks within a week or two. Anyway, I’m a happy customer. The items are exactly what I’d hoped they would be. Since two of them were gifts, I’m especially pleased that they are of good quality, etc. I would likely order from Santasocks again— sorry that some folks have had negative experiences, but it’s clear to me that there’s a lot of potential for this company to continue and to gain greater consumer confidence. I’m happy with the items and not turned off by the time it all took— exactly 3 weeks from computer to mailbox- not bad. Thanks. Order number was AQ134547
SAD Santa doesn't stand behind orders.
I have ordered about 4 times from this company, now only to find out they are from HONG KONG and there is NOTHING that can be done to get items they charged you for and NEVER shipped. PayPal doesn't back you either and I am out family. I have contacted BBB and unless in the US they can't do anything.

Horrible they messed up on the pillow and the only way they want to give you a refund after months of emailing them is to take down reviews. They don’t achknowledge the devastation on the error they caused and the frustration for their customers

Horrible service 1 pillow came in and it was my deceased mother in laws neck. And when requesting a replacement they asked for a picture and once I sent it. They will not respond back. Do not order there unless you want a 50/50 chance of getting what u ordered

I ordered from this site a month ago and still haven't received my items. I even paid for expess shipping and yet it has not arrived. Horrible company, I will never order from here again.

BUYER BE AWARE!!!! This company does not stand by their guarantees. I paid the”VIP” processing fee and took into account the Monday through Friday shipping time. However, I received the item after their assured delivery date, so I no longer needed the item that I had ordered. I ordered a pair of boxers for my boyfriend for Valentines Day. According to the web site they should have been delivered by Valentines Day. I received noticed on March 31 that my package was delivered on the 27th. I have a ring security door bell and after inspecting the feed there were no deliveries on this day. I emailed them and they said it was up to me to contact my local postal company to see what happened? Say what??? My local postal company is Canada Post and they didn't deliver it, they don't deliver on Saturdays anyways. So disappointed I wish I has read reviews first but got caught up with the idea how cute these boxers would be. Lesson learned! Over $50 for nothing!!!

I purchased the custom cat socks from this website and now am out of pocket $60 due to a terrible quality product, it went straight into the trash. Tried to get an exchange or refund and the customer service was atrocious. What a ripoff!
Bad experience
I ordered a gift that was guaranteed to be delivered by Valentines Day, it was not delivered until a month after. Their customer service was no help in locating my package, the tracking number did not work.
