My third time buying here and has been great, received the products that I expected and a great customer service support. This last time I had and issue with a product that got damaged in transportation and customer service made sure to find a solution to it via email.
The product was delivered exactly as ordered and extremely fast. At first I had trouble making it work but it was a user error. The customer service was very quick, friendly, professional and helpful. The problem was solved immediately and they made sure I was satisfied.
Amazing communication and customer support. I received this as a gift and it is a very unique personal gift. I smile every time I look at it and it is a great conversation piece.
After a problem with EVRI, not the Supplier, Panpan at customer services was excellent at sorting this problem out, Look forward to My delivery.

Amazing service. My package got lost and I was offered to have it remade and the product shipped to a new address
Very helpful was able to change my sizing After I made a mistake of placing an order for the 15 Inch instead of the 17
Thank you again for the great service! I was very happy with my previous order and look forward to seeing the final product this time as well. I'll be sure to leave another positive comment once everything is complete!
Their customer service is awesome! I had a small issue with a product and the customer agent Panpan was so prompt in helping to solve the situation, so friendly and responsive. I would recommend their services to anyone :)
The products arrived exactly on time ie on Father’s Day, even though I had been cutting it fine. Service was excellent and personal when I wanted to clarify a few details after putting the order in. The throw blanket and socks look and feel great and it’s the favourite Father’s Day gift ever!
Panpan was amazing in helping, as I encountered multiple issues. Not only was Panpan’s service speedy, but was also extremely thorough. I will buy again, thanks to this support. Thank you!

Product is great and the customer service team we’re fantastic
I ordered a custom tire cover for my husband's Jeep. It is leather and has a wolf on it. I had made a mistake on the size but due to fast and awesome customer service, it was set right. They kept in touch with me often. The cover was exceptionally well made. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are top notch. I highly recommend these guys.
I had some questions about my order, and their customer service team replied quickly each time. They were very responsive and able to take care of all the issues I had. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their support and efficiency.
