The item was cute and pretty close to a miniature plush of my dog. Had an issue come up when supplies went out of stock but their great customer service and communications made up for it all and I'm happy with the purchase over all.

The original order had the sizes wrong and they quickly made the correction and got me the right order.
They were very accommodating as the size was not right. They were very prompt in responding to my emails and organised to make a bigger size for me and I was only required to pay the shipping fee. Very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend them.

Very happy with my experience customizing my bobbleheads. Jason was surprising quick with drafting models for me to review & communicating through the process. Further, the bobbleheads came out very well. There was a review & verification step after modeling the face, I wish that there was an extra review & verification step after they added the hair as I wish my hair in one of my bobbleheads was different. Overall great experience.
The customer service team have been phenomenal. They are helpful, kind, compassionate and caring and have gone the extra mile.
Had to pay the toll invoice and got different sizes of shirts than ordered.

The customer service was top notch! I needed to add on to my order and they made it happen and all in one shipment. Speedy responses. The extra $5 was totally worth it to send my order to the top and I got it in time for our party.
