I order a ring in size 8.
I order a ring in size 8. Not having any e mails informing me that the item had been shipped I contacted the company. They went on to tell me that the ring wasn’t available in size 8. If I hadn’t reached out to them I don’t know if they would have told me that the ring was not available in my size. I’m a bit disappointed in the customer service.

Junk jewelry. My ring arrived damaged, I’ve reached out several times with no reply, not even an auto reply. I likely will need to use the international phone # to **maybe** get someone to reply. My review wouldn’t post on their website, just all kinds of shady— stay clear, don’t waste your money :( Update: thank you for the reply, but I have already contacted 3x with all my order information— radio silence from company. I will provide update if I do get a reply/refund. I hope to prevent others from wasting hard earned money.

I ordered the Natalia gold ring (tear shaped), which is advertised as a 6 prongs ring on their website. Upon delivery I found that it came with 3 prongs. When I contacted them they realised the mistake but never gave me a suitable solution neither did they offer a refund!
