Use caution

First, I didn’t realize your product is coming out of China. My card was hacked after purchasing from your website. I still don’t have the merchandise I paid for on 2/28, beginning to think I was scammed.

scam! No such 30 days return as they said.

"I ordered a ring from Saturno™, but it doesn’t meet my expectations. I tried to return it, but they refused, claiming discounted items cannot be returned. This policy was never mentioned clearly on their website! The only policy I saw stated: *‘We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Saturno™. That’s why we offer an easy 30-day return & exchange policy.’* This feels misleading—almost like a scam. If such a policy exists, it should be clearly visible, not hidden. What should I do now?

This compagny is SCAM.

This compagny is SCAM. I ORDERED A RING IN 14K GOLD. BUT RECEIVED A SILVER S925. THE STONE IS NOT REAL MOISSANITE BUT CHEEP GLASS. DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPAGNY,!!!!@@

I was expecting a thicker band

I was expecting a thicker band. The stone is beautiful. The case very nice too.

Scam

Got my earrings, cheap glass in it. They delete al negative comments on their social sites and blocks the users. It’s made in China, chips from China and it’s a cheap crap. Don’t waste your money. Read all the negative reviews because they’re real.

I have not received my package

I have not received my package, noticed it is sent back. Is this just a big SCAM. I HOP I CAN HAVE MY MONEY BACK.

Still waiting for product

This is just another Chinese scam

This is just another Chinese scam. Everything looks good, looks real, but because it ships from China, it takes forever. All the high rated reviews are fake. They all use similar phrases when describing their purchase. Stay away as if you click on a link or go to the website, you will be bombarded with tons of scam emails as they sell email addresses.

False Advertising

I ordered a ring from this company that advertises their stones as Moissanite hardness if 9.25. Absolutely NOT what I received. Stones only registered on the Mohs hardness machine as 5? Not Moissanite which does register at 9.25. When I requested a refund (which is in the refund policy if return is requested within 30 days, which it was). I was told they needed proof. I sent a video showing the stones being tested and results proofing stones were not Moissanite they agreed the stones are NOT Moissanite. Then offered me a store credit instead of a refund? Pretty bad business DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
