I ordered the wrong size and after sending pics with the ring on a measuring tape was denied return as was stated in the return policy.
SHOCKING customer service!
Tried for weeks for them to reply to emails and Instagram messages. Had to ring 2 months for all the gold to have come off… ignoring messages which you can see they have read on Instagram… currently going through the bank to get my money back!

This policy was never mentioned clearly on their website! The only policy I saw stated: *‘We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Saturno™. That’s why we offer an easy 30-day return & exchange policy.’* This feels misleading—almost like a scam. If such a policy exists, it should be clearly visible, not hidden. What should I do now?

Got my earrings, cheap glass in it. They delete al negative comments on their social sites and blocks the users. It’s made in China, chips from China and it’s a cheap crap. Don’t waste your money. Read all the negative reviews because they’re real.

This is just another Chinese scam. Everything looks good, looks real, but because it ships from China, it takes forever. All the high rated reviews are fake. They all use similar phrases when describing their purchase. Stay away as if you click on a link or go to the website, you will be bombarded with tons of scam emails as they sell email addresses.
False Advertising
I ordered a ring from this company that advertises their stones as Moissanite hardness if 9.25. Absolutely NOT what I received. Stones only registered on the Mohs hardness machine as 5? Not Moissanite which does register at 9.25. When I requested a refund (which is in the refund policy if return is requested within 30 days, which it was). I was told they needed proof. I sent a video showing the stones being tested and results proofing stones were not Moissanite they agreed the stones are NOT Moissanite. Then offered me a store credit instead of a refund? Pretty bad business DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
