What people say

Cheap Chinese costume jewelry

This company’s advertising would have you believe that the product you are buying is being handcrafted in Milan. In fact, it is mass produced in Shenzhen China and shipped from there. It has all the quality you would expect of something mass produced in China. Although the advertising Promises that the moissanette stone would be indistinguishable from a diamond, and even more sparkly than a diamond, the product I received had a dull piece of something that more resembled glass. There was no life or sparkle to it at all. The Stone/glass was mounted on the thinness possible band, and the overall effect is just a cheap piece of costume jewelry. While I supposedly bought the ring on sale for $199, after ordering the ring I began to receive emails from the company offering it for about $130, meaning at the very least that I was ripped off for $69. The ring hardly looks like it’s worth even $130. If I had known that this would be a piece of mass produced costume jewelry manufactured in China, I would not have ordered it. And I regret that I ordered it now.

Saturno Milan is false advertisement

I was completely deceived by Saturno Milan, thinking they were high end moissanite from Italy, since that was their advertisement! I bought the Celestina ring style and now am very nervous of the quality or if it will ever arrive. When I checked the shipping, it said coming from CHINA! Saturno Milan is a total scam, their advertisement is nothing at all where these jewelries are really from. Moissanite are already fake diamonds, but now coming from fake advertisement, I don't even know what to expect. It seems everyone who have the same complaints also can't get a hold of real customer service for full refund. Saturno Milan is a FALSE advertisement, scam, please be aware and DO NOT. UPDATE 1/3/25: I received my ring and it looked and feels very cheap. Very disappointed. I would be embarrassed to walk around with this ring, I can't even give to my young daughter - thats how cheap the ring looks. It is definitely not worth $99. Saturno have an email for return/exchange (trustpilot don't allow email address in reviews). I emailed Saturno my complaints, they responded a couple days after and said no refunds but they willing to give me "store credit for equivalent value." Idk what to do because I don't trust their jewelries quality anymore.

It came in good order

I received a ring. Good to know before you buy on this website. The rings do indeed come from China. My ring had a code printed on it S925, which would mean that this ring should be 92% silver and a coating of 14 carat real gold. Whether this is the case I should have checked by the jeweler. That is why the price matches the ring. Because if you were to buy a real 14 carat gold ring you can certainly count on at least 800 euros. The ring itself is very beautiful. Now let's hope that it stays as it looks now.

SCAM

SCAM. I ordered two rings at the end of July 2024 and they said it will take some time. After two months nothing. And I checked the reviews ( really don’t know why I didn’t do it before purchasing them ) They had so many bad reviews, now suddenly it’s only positive ones !?🤔 Since October I’ve been trying to get a hold of the customer service and opened a case with PayPal. Didn’t get my money back nor an answer from the customer service. I do know recommend spending money there. The Jewelery doesn’t come from Milan, Italy. After I purchased the rings, I could see that the PayPal money went into a Chinese mass production account -.-

Article never delivered - no answer

I order the Mia ring on the 9th of November. It shipped on the 11th. On the 22nd an attempt was made to deliver it to my house. Supposedly my address was incorrect (it was not) and it got shipped back to a sorting centre. I indicated I wished for it to be delivered to an official drop off point close to my house. Since then no one is able to tell me where my ring is, and no one is even answering my emails. Neither the courier nor the Saturno. Furthermore, these rings don’t come from Milan, they are shipped from China. Appalling customer service. Stay away at all cost.

Do not recommens

I have been in contact with their customer service multiple times via email. Typically, I only receive one response per day, and each time they just ask more questions without actually addressing my concerns. I initially ordered the wrong size and received a damaged ring, but I wasn’t too worried since their website clearly states: “We’ve made returns and exchanges so EASY! You don’t have to worry about ordering the wrong size or style. We offer easy returns within the first 30 days and exchanges within the first 30 days of receiving your jewelry.” Despite several attempts to reach them, I received no response for a long time. Eventually, after sending multiple follow-up emails, they finally replied, only to claim it wasn’t their responsibility that the ring was the wrong size. They also demanded proof that I had previously emailed them when I asked why I hadn’t received a reply. After providing that proof, they claimed that the emails hadn’t reached them. I requested a refund and a return label to send back the damaged ring, as per their policy, which clearly states they offer refunds in the case of defects. However, they have refused to honor this, despite what their policy advertises. After many back-and-forth emails, they eventually offered to send a replacement ring. However, given all the issues I’ve faced, I’m doubtful they’ll actually follow through, and at this point, the offer feels unsatisfactory. Additionally, the ring is not gold, even though the website allows you to choose between “silver, gold, or rose gold.” I selected 14k gold, but when the ring arrived, it was stamped with “S925,” which indicates a mix of bronze and silver, not gold.

I had pursued The Florence ring and was…

I had pursued The Florence ring and was super excited to receive my ring. However, I was emailed that they no longer had this ring available in Rose Gold. I asked about how long of a wait would this be back in stock, they said that they were happy I was so enthusiastic about their product but the would be no guarantee on time. They did offer me an alternative ring, which I did choose ultimately because I needed a wedding band soon. But they still haven’t taken down the listing on the website for the Florence ring in rose gold. So I was a bit frustrated and didn’t feel properly compensated, I wish I could have been given a time for the ring to come back in stock. But I wasn’t given many options.
