The company sent me the wrong item. I ordered a Glucose Monitor but they sent a Pulse Oximeter instead. I contacted them immediately, and they requested that I send pictures of the wrong item, which I did, including a Pic of my order confirmation, showing the product ordered and the cost of $70.37 Cdn. They continue to say the product sent was right and working, therefore they offered me 10% , i refused - 15%, again refused and then a 20% discount on a new purchase. I wanted them to send me the correct product and a return shipping label, for me to return the wrong product at their cost, because it was their mistake. I have been battling this company for about a month, since I received the wrong product. This is a scam motivated company and should be shut down permanently, so not to hurt any other person.
They sent the wrong finger tip monitor. It was supposed to measure the blood glucose and blood pressure as well as oxygen and HR. This one only measures oxygen and HR. When I messaged the Canadian Company that sent it, they wanted me to join another service for $66 a month. I would never ever recommend this company.
This company is a total fraud. I ordered a shirt that was described as handcrafted and pictured as such. What I received was more poorly made than Halloween costumes and the pattern that was supposed to be handcrafted was stamped onto the fabric. There was no tag even showing the composition of the fabric. I immediately tried to return it because they advertise free 30 day returns and refunds, and after 18 emails back-and-forth with counter offers, the most I could get from them was a 30% refund, because they said I really couldn’t return it because they were struggling financially and not able to handle full refunds. I spent $50 on that shirt and got $15 back. And most people would not have gone to the trouble I did. Do not order anything from this company and I hope they go completely out of business.
I bought my wife a very pretty pair of sandals from Sharphyy.com. The seller of the sandals was advertised as Macy's.com. When charged for the sandals I discovered the real seller was Sharphyy.com. The sandals that arrived were very pretty, but did not fit. My wife wears a size 7 to 7 & 1/2, but these were too big through the ball of the feet. I understand that not all 7 to 7.5 shoes fit all 7 to 7.5 feet and because of that expect that web based companies make allowances for this by offering customer friendly return and refund policies. This company does not. They ask the customer to jump through all sorts of hoops to return a product and then expect them to pay for the return shipping. Be very aware before buying from this company.
Ordered three pair of shoes. When they finally arrived, they were poorly made, poor quality, did not resemble the shoes advertised and were two sizes too small. Additionally, the advertised shoes had Macy's logo! This is a scam company, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from them!
I bought a pair of shoes. I was in the shoe business and owned my own shoe company with my brother for more than 25 years. I ordered a pair of size 12 wide when I receive the shoes I could not get my foot inside them when I finally forced them in, they were more than uncomfortable. They hurt.
I contacted the company and let them know. They said they want an information about what I receive pictures. I think I’m a stock number. I sent them everything.
They said since there was no damage to the shoe, they would not accept them back or make a refund or even an exchange faded. Offer me a 20% discount on my next purchase switches beyond laughable it’s insulting.
They suggested that by sending them back at my own expense would be too costly to offset the price I paid for the shoes which was over $66. I then told them that my brother has a company in Fujian province China and I could have someone hand deliver the shoes to them for an exchange or a refund and they ghosted me
I ordered a quilted bag with a Yorkshire terrier on it on 5/26/26. The description says that’s what it is. Instead, I ( finally on 6/16/26) received a cheap tote bag, NOT QUILTED, with a POODLE on it! After many texts back and forth, all they will do is give me a coupon for 15% off on my NEXT order! I’LL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! This is a bait and switch scam company! They kept telling me the picture WAS what I ordered, that it might not have been very clear on their website! But the description is totally different. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM COMPANY!!

More identity theft. You should know when they use a major retailer’s advertising, that some people will not check to see what company they are actually buying from.
They advertise their laundry basket on their website as QUILTED and when you receive your order it is NOT Quilted.
When asked to return it, they will not provide a return authorization or an address where to return the product.
Very dissatisfied! Don’t order from them Ever!!
They set the Bait, then the Switch.What I thought I was ordering and pictured on there site was 3 beautiful cloth quilted tote bags.What I received were not quilted and just a picture printed on canvas. When I reached out to the company, no refund or return was offered.They stated that there may be slight differences between the product and the images.Being not quilted when described and ordered as a quilted tote bag is not a slight difference. It’s false advertising.They stated If I truly didn’t like the product I might consider gifting it to family or friends, then offered me a 15% coupon for my next order.Don’t think so. Beware of this company. Paid money for something I didn’t order.

I don’t think I was even corresponding with a real person. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. The quality of their merchandise is below expectations!
I ordered a pair of shoes that didn’t fit. After being a # of excuses why they wouldn’t accept the return they finally accepted additional shipping payment to send me the next smaller size ! It was a horrible experience dealing with this vendor! I would give them a NEGATIVE 100 if possible. Stay AWAY from this vendor and their products.
Fraudulent company!!! This company should be shut down! I ordered 3 quilted bags per their advertisement. None of them are quilted. It is a picture printed on canvas. One of the bags is NOT what I ordered. I don't want any of them and wanted a refund. They do not wish to do that, told me it would cost $20 for return shipping but did not give me a return address. This is a SCAM!! So upset over this!
I ordered two quilted embroidered tote bags. One has arrived. I am still trusting the other WILL arrive. As to the one that has arrived (bluebells). It is lovely colors as promised - except the bag is not quilted, it is only pictures of quilting. Because of the quilting showing in the pictures - and the representation in description - I thought it would be quilted - as said, it is not. Only pictures of quilting. Still pretty. Just KNOW, it is not quilted or embroidered, as described.
I ordered 4 quilted laundry baskets and they came just as described and are verty beautiful. The only complaint I have is really minor; they were slow to ship (1 month). If I needed any more, I would certainly order them.
I ordered what I thought was going to be a very cute QUILTED, laundry basket with a picture of a fox . What I got was a printed Bear basket. Not one quilted stitch in the entire basket. I ordered 3 "quilted 3-D" tote bags on April 13th. Their documents and policies said I would receive them in 14 days. First of all, I received them yesterday (Memorial Day of all days!!) and secondly, they are simply printed cheaply made tote bags!!! NOT QUILTED 3-D AS BOTH PICTURED AND DESCRIBED!!!! So NOT worth the price they charged (and I paid!!!!)
