What I received was an ordinary Pulse Oximeter. Their ad also promised a return policy AT THEIR EXPENSE. For FOUR weeks I have been trying to get them to live up to their advertising. I have been offered a 10%, then 15%, and finally a 20% refund. FALSE ADVERTISING!

This company is a scam not only did they send the wrong item, which was supposed to be a blood glucose meter along with 11 other items it measured. I got nothing but a cheap nasty pulse oximeter which they charged me $58.00 AUD for when I could have bought the exact same cheap piece of shit for $19.00 locally. It is a fool who buys anything from these people. All they have done is offer me 10% of my purchase price back which is unacceptable. A full refund should be given.
I saw an advertisement on Facebook book for a glucose meter non finger stick for 39.99 endorsements by American diabetes organization. I ordered 2 of them and didn’t get what I ordered. I received a finger pulse oximeter. I reordered thinking maybe I ordered the wrong item. The same thing happened the second time. I have been trying to to contact them to correct the error. No luck. Am very disappointed and displeased . So be beware.
My husband was going to surprise me with this non invasion glucose meter that he saw online thinking it was sponsored by American Diabetes Association. He sent in his money through Chime Visa and now I'm (his wife) is finding out it's not even sponsored by American Diabetes Association nor made in the USA or approve by FDA but a scam. I've sent multiple emails to them and all I'm getting "it takes 12-15 business days for delivery and it's in transit". I'm also noticing that it's coming from China not the USA!! I advised my husband don't want it but I'm helping him try getting his money back. (Fingers crossed) Sharphyy is a scam company that rips money away from hard working people who believe in what they see from a legit company.
If I could give a negative rating I would. The glucose monitor is falsely advertised. I should have kown that someone selling cheap, crappy clothes wouldn't have something like that. When I complained they told me that they do not sell what they explicitly advertise. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I canceled my order after 1 minute. Surprisingly someone replied right away. She offered 2x for a discount just to keep the order and I said no just cancel and refund to my original payment. After 7 days still no reply. Poor customer service!!!! Do not order from this company.
This company are in fact from China. You place an order and it states the the products are quilled. This is incorrect. Then they state you can have a refund. When you send them repeatedly the info they requested they still do not let you send something back to either get a refund or get another one that you want. I am 80 years of age and am not very mobile. I wanted one of the items as a gift but it was not what I thought I had ordered. Still no reply from them and I will never by anything from them again and on line. These companies are scamming the public.

I saw their ad for a finger mount, non-invasive blood glucose monitor. My youngest grandson was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 6, so I wanted this device for him. The ads stress the "no more finger pricks" aspect of the product and this appealed to me greatly. When the package arrived it was no more than a pulse and oxygen level monitor, a weak and unacceptable substitute. My email to the company was met with an offer for 15% off my next purchase. Are you kidding me? You cheated me once, it won't happen again. I am fed up with these China based sites who freely substitute a garbage product for the desired one in their ads. I strongly urge you to avoid Sharphyy.com, they are a scam site and are laughing at us trusting consumers. For what it is worth, I have seen similar ads for other sites using the same tactic...tugging at your heart strings. And at least one scene in the ad is common to all four sites. While I have not purchased from the other three, the fainting woman in each ad tells me the sites are related. I recommend you avoid purchasing from Shoewang.com, Orlenasd.com, and Loomhe.com, as well as Sharphyy.com.
Wrong item. When I contacted customer service I was told unfortunately I lived to far away for refund. Plus after my order was placed the charge on my card was an additional 10.00 charge they could not explain. Quick delivery took over a month from China. The return address was for a storage unit in Pennsylvania. Stay away from this .

I received the wrong product. Wish I had read the reviews before I bought the NonInvasive Metabolic Device, I got a finger pulse oximeter in the mail. It was send from linda-lax in Gardenia, CA, I tried to go thru SpeedX to get to the company. They wanted my credit card number and were charging me $2.00. I already lost $50.00, so I didn't finish with them. This is a SCAM. They spend a lot of money on advertising and nothing on customer service.
I bought 2 ORTHOPEDIC sandals. When they finally arrived...they were not the models I asked for and they WERE NOT orthopedic. Send email , They gave the round around, didnt give me address to return them. They offered me 15 % refund and keep shoes. i can not wear this shoes. I asked them to honor its"30 day guaranty" that they displayed in the webisde. Instead they sent me other shoes and charged me for it. Cant you believe it?? I would give "0" but it is not possible. I foolishly bought from this company. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. I purchased one of the all in one no prick blood glucose, heart rate, pulse rate monitors. What I received is a cheap pulse oximeter. It doesn't check your bloodsugar. It doesn't connect to your phone. Do waste your money like I did. They are not Recommended by the American Diabetes Association. They are not recommended by the American Heart Association, or any other American business or association. It comes from China. I lost $50.00. Don't make the foolish mistake that I did.
Like so many other posts I ordered glucose monitors and received oximeters. Seems like it will do no good to contact these crooks. Should have read reviews before I ordered. Could have saved $76.00. I wish there was something less then 1 star, they would get it.
They sent a $15 blood oxygen monitor instead of a $50 (total cost$70) blood glucose clamp on monitor and had so far after at least 6 e-mails keep asking for info I no longer have. Terrible customer service . Do not buy anything from these yokals.
I ordered the glucose monitor and received the one for BP, oxygen etc. It came damaged and when the comapny was contacted they sent instructions on how to operate, the thing was damaged. the cover for the batteries was broken the battery springs were bent beyond fixing. They refused to sent return instructions, offered either 15% refund or discount on a reorder. Won't order from this company again.
