Clothing is extremely well shown - I wanted to purchase something right away. I was able to plsce items in the cart easily and remove them just as easily. I was offered 10% on first order, but never figured out how to ‘cash in’ on that feature, but ordered anyway.
You misrepresent your product. You say the dresses are embroidered and on your website, the items presented are nothing like what is delivered to the customer! You are ripping off the consumer and I am totally disgusted with the whole situation! All the flowers are just a print and a bad one at that and the dresses are not even sewn well. I ordered some other things and I am sure those will be more of the same. And shame on you using breast cancer and pink to sell your product. I will never order anything from you again and I hope everyone out there who reads this won’t either!!!
I loved browsing through the many clothes Sheen Place has to offer. The clothes look so beautiful and eco-friendly and finally something that is my style.🩷 I'm in love. On the improvement side, I would like to see a wishlist option. There's no place for me to save items I want for later. Refinding something I like can be very difficult. And I would love to see different colors, particularly more warm colors as pastels aren't my friend. Maybe natural cotton can't be warm. I hope not. I would have told this to the company personally, but they have yet to respond to my e-mails. And that's the other thing, the website says you can call, but there is no number to do so. You can only contact them through e-mail or letter and I have yet to get a response. It makes the company seem sketch. I'm giving them my trust though because of how in love I am with the clothes. 🤞 Edit: the images are ai. The clothes don't look anything like they do in the images.i figured the models were AI but didn't think they'd be lying about what the clothes actually look like. The clothes look really cheap. It is a scam. Beware. And go figure, my e-mails were never responded to.

These people should be sued for false advertising. There cloths are no where near what they advertise. It is the worst false advertising I’ve seen in 72 years. What crooks. The fabric is that thin synthetic fabric cheap ass Chinese companies use. So the fabric isn’t even close to the same. They show a 3d pattern with vibrant colors. They’re printed and barely visible.

Sheen displayed a picture of a beautiful dress for sale on it's website. I ordered it to wear at my grandson wedding. The delivery time was a bit longer than expected, but the package arrived in a timely manner. It was definitely not the dress I ordered. It was the cheapest, most poorly made garment I have ever seen. No where even close to what was ordered. I contacted them regarding a refund. They asked me to send pictures of what I received with which I complied. They responded saying that the garment came from China and that I would be responsible for the return shipping which would be quite expensive. I argued that it was no fault of mine. They offered me a 10% discount coupon for a future order which I refused because I will never order from them again. So, I now have a new piece of material for my rag bag for which I paid way too much. Do not order from Sheen!
