Customers frequently complained that the clothing items received looked completely different from the advertised promotional pictures, featuring cheap printed synthetic fabric instead of the promised embroidery. Many reviewers also noted that the overall product quality was extremely poor, orders took forever to arrive, and sizing was frequently incorrect. Some people were satisfied with the initial purchasing process, finding the online store very easy to navigate and quite quick to use. I like your products a lot, this was my first order and I will able to to say more when I receive my product and make my first evaluation. One more thing, I believe that it appears that the color of the order is placed is gray, but in fact I ordered the blue or green, can you please correct it with one of those colours please? Thank you in advance George
