The Quality is not what offered

The ordering process was really good, but the quality of the product I received was not. When I contacted customer support, they didn't respond until I opened a case with PayPal, and then they put me off, even though I had only asked for the return address. Unfortunately, the quality of the delivered goods does not match the promises made in the pictures on the website! Regrettable!

Merchandise looks great. Winter here in my area. I hope the quality meets expectations as advertised. Ordering process was simple. Product line looks amazing. Hope it's as amazing upon delivery as the products look online. If products are same as online & warm in the winter months, I will definitely order other merchandise again.

The only thing I would like to see is better way to search items instead of going through 70 pages. Also to have leggings that match shirts or sweaters next to them not scattered. I have not seen my order yet. This is only my opinion to searching their site

I love the style you represent. This is my 1st order so can't comment any further. May only criticism is that you don't have a petite option. I'm unable to buy dresses, skirts etc

I was vigilant because I wanted to ensure that this was a reputable website, and the admin is based in the United States. Transparency before a purchase is very important to me. Overall, my experience was very positive.

I liked the updates tracking my order after it shipped. Received wrong item. Still waiting on them to ship the correct item. Custoner service did respond to my email quickly.

Very original pieces. The only thing I did not like is the sizes . It would be easier for us in Canada if you would use the US size. Also I had to check each piece because the size are not the same . Some for the same size are smaller

I enjoyed your product and I ordered a few things, I did find that checking out. Could’ve been simpler because an 899 shipping fee was added, even though I had already spent and met the requirements for free shipping. I had to go back and redo the order over. We shall see what I receive in the mail when it finally arrives and how I like the quality of your products then.
