Fantastic Support from Nicole!! Excellent Customer Service!
I purchased SHEHDS moving wall wash lights in November of 2025. I used them for several music gigs and the lights really added to my solo, live looping shows. I packed them improperly in an unpadded gear bag. I broke the fuse housings off both lights. Totally my fault. I emailed my SHEHDS light partner Nicole and requested assistance to purchase new fuse housing parts. Nicole answered the email within a day and had the parts shipped to me in under 10 days. To my surprise, she sent them free of charge. After receiving the parts, I was able to quickly repair the broken fuse housing and the lights were ready to use!!! The entire customer service interaction was fantastic!

I bought 4 of the 275 10R lights
I bought 4 of the 275 10R lights. Insanely bright and impressive for the price point. One happened to have an issue and they went through all the right steps to help me solve the issue. Online people said their customer support was not "great" - but I found the opposite to be true. Punctual, kind and determined to make things right.

Had a minor issue - they sent me videos on how to resolve it!
I contacted them with an issue regarding fitment - they requested a video, and then provided me with three videos explaining the correct way to make the accessories fit - which worked! Thankful for the help and for their quick responses to my questions!

Incredible customer service thanks to Mason! He is a top-tier salesman, extremely professional, patient, and reactive. He gave me excellent advice and recommended 4 LED bars that are absolutely impressive in terms of power and build quality. More recently, I ordered 2 new projectors through him, and once again, the fixtures are amazing with great light output and a perfect zoom. Mason kept his promise on the delivery time (17 days by air to France). If you order from Shehds, I highly recommend asking for Mason, he will guide you perfectly! 👍

Shipping company damaged light, customer service made it right
I ordered 2 17r 350 and one of the packages had a giant gash in the box. Sure enough, the LCD screen and base was damaged. I took pictures before I opened the package and emailed their customer service. After some conversations they sent me a replacement. Upset at first, but they made things right, even though the shipping company was probably at fault, not them.

I bought three lasers and one of them…
I bought three lasers and one of them didnt work. Nicole helped me throughout the process. First, she sent me some parts to install to see if that was the issue. It didnt fix it so she sent me a whole new unit. Just want to say, they really take care of their customers. I would definitely buy more in the future and recommend this company to my friends. They stand by their products.
