Goods paid 19.08.2021. 31. 08customs cleared. 2 of September goods left Germany, after five days they don't know where is my parcel yet (so they don't know where is a bunch of goods) when will arrive, then when I told them can't believe, they they said they not liar then just hung up the line. Ordered from alza.co.uk. Just cancelled,
A friend of mine from the Dubai location sent me a package here in Canada last April13,2021. Its already end of August. Been emailing back and forth for the Dubai and Canada location and both locations are unaware that there is a package. Both blaming at each other. If you want to be a successful courier service, do your jobs properly!!! Technically your company is just a bunch of thieving scammers taking people’s money
RE: skynet21 .. Ok, I've been getting scam calls claiming they're from my service provider and they want to fix my connection as its too slow. They ask me to restart my router then type in an address that begins with skynet21.weeby(dotcom) I always take them that far just to waste their time but never actually type it in. It's always from a noisy call centre and a southern asian accent. .. I did a search for skynet and it brought me here. I suspect skynet is a malaysian dot com that allows anyone to operate their corrupt services from there. I also suspect that the reviews that tell of an excellent service are made by the operators themselves. DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING WITH A SKYNET ADDRESS
Criminals and liars The Worst service ever. I sent garments from UAE to Pakistan as gifts. After one week i was asked to pay 100% as duties and after that box was opened and said it contained indian original garments so they can not be delivered. I paid twice for courier charges and customs and still it was not delivered. They are criminals so never work with them.
Im not sure what’s up with this company. I made an order from Milan Italy and was told id have my item in no more than 8 days to U.K. It’s been 16 and they have no idea where the item is. The makeup company is big so I don’t understand why they use this service!? I’ve been buying makeup from them for 3 years and they still use this company. I only make an order 1 time a year because I hate the delivery system. If they delivered in 8 days as promised I would be buying makeup from them every month. I don’t understand why a company would loose business to associate themselves with such a horrible shipping company.
Don’t use Skynet Malaysia services. If you know the local freight forwarder is Skynet, just find other company. They are very dishonest and stole my expensive toaster. The staff told me seen my item but now just told me Lost in transit. They only pay me rm$100 compensation which I have lost 90% of my money. Stop using this lousy company and not deserve even 1 star.
First off - do not use this service. Like many other people here I can only agree, they are one of the worst. But then, what would one expect from an chinese owned algorithm running in some cloud to book shipping capacity from real carriers. They don't have any support personal I suspect, e-mails are neither acknowledged nor answered. Their tracking is completely incorrect for the actual item being tracked. The delivery time for an item from Germany to UK was 4 weeks instead of the claimed 4-5 days.
Our delivery came punctually which was a nice surprise after reading all the bad reviews here. Even delivery time was well communicated via phonecall. Thank you for the good service.
This is my first time using Skynet. I ordered products at iHerb and chose Skynet as a delivery company because if I spent a certain amount money, it'd be free shipping. Now I regret that I did not choose another option which is DHL. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered. I understand it's international shipping and it takes time. I got a short message at 12:13PM from Skynet which said they are on the way to deliver today(25/6/2021). I expected getting my package today according to their short message... I mean... who didn't, right? I've waited patiently the whole goddamn day at home and never received my package. Not even got any calls or messages about delay or whatsoever. As the tracking system shows my package is still "OUT FOR DELIVERY". Just WOW. I wanted to call customer service but haha of course they don't operate Sat&Sun. The question is, where the heck is my package? Just don't send short messages if you can't fulfill please. Such a disappointment.
Absolutely appalling from start to finish. They lie profusely, asserting that delivery has been attempted and phone calls made. People in the house all the time and phones never switched off. CCTV also proves their attempted deliveries are just fictional. They take your money and just don’t provide a service. Basically a scam.
The seller from Melaka courier the parcel on the 4th June 2021, that parcel has arrived Puchong on the 5th June’21. However, until today 12th June, no news from Skynet. I have been trying to contact them many times, but up to no avail. They have not responded to all my emails. Such a lousy courier company. Pls do not use this courier company anymore. Banned SKYNET!!!
If there was 0 star I would have rated that. Horrible service extremely unprofessional and rude employees. They charged me hidden tax and duty charges of 20$ and when I contacted them to ask the person told me he won’t help and hanged up Really disappointed
Very slow and unprofessional. After two weeks I don’t know where my boxes are, tracking number from the sender side said there are problems with the delivery but the customer service from the destination side saying the boxes never arrived at the destination and still in Europe. Other company takes max 5 days for the same route. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
I saw al the bad reviews about this company. But I didn’t had any problem with them. Delivery was fast. They updated me often about where my order was and the man who delivered was also a friendly man

I been here a whole year! Best service I’ve had! I feel like family they’re always there to answer my questions and I almost never have any Connection issues! Better than AT&T and Xfinity for me🙌🏽
If I could would give 0 starts. Worst internet worst customer service. 2 hours on the phone and customer service is annoyed at and hangs the phone on us. We can’t even do lessons from home , internet been like this and they keep charging for things. The worst! Stay away! Go for other companies
What shocking service. Definitely do not recommend this company. Incredibly poor customer service on all levels. Not sure how this business is even still functional!!!???
