You’re right, this was on us. Our voice system mis-transcribed your email and last name on the call, so every order lookup came back empty even though your order is right here in our system. I’m sorry for the 15 minutes you spent on this. I sent you an email tonight (subject: “An apology from Snap2Pass”) with a refund and an offer to expert-review your photo at no charge. We also shipped a fix to the voice agent today so this exact failure mode can’t happen again — it now reads emails back phonetically before searching and falls back to “please email us” when audio quality breaks the lookup.
