Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Before responding to this we have done a thorough investigation. It appears you had ordered off the incorrect unit via our website and this is why you have the wrong belt. We have noted that you had spoken after the fact to one of our trained technicians, provided your Serial Number which then lead us to the determination you had ordered off the wrong S77. We attempted to help you get the correct belt but you had chosen to just return the item instead. If you change your mind and also get the correct belt, please reach out to us! Thank you again and sorry for the inconvenience this has caused!
