Cheaply made and it doesn't last
Perhaps this is more about the bike than the cable, but I just replaced this cable for the third time in five years so they clearly engineer it to fail. How hard would it be to simply increase the size of this thing so it would last the life of the bike? But if they did that you wouldn't need to spend another $30 and a great deal of aggravation to replace it

We apologize for your experience with your bike. We are not a manufacturer of parts we only source and sell them. If you are having this many replacements in such a short period of time please contact your manufacturer directly to see if they have made an upgrade on your unit.
I ordered a what said it was a combo arm crank and pedal- was shipped one pedal with a statement that said it was a pedal SET. Then I ordered the crank arm. Both orders- received an initial email when the label was created, then nothing. No info on if it was truly shipped, received, etc- as this order is being shipped to a different address. If I had other options for purchasing, I would have used them.

You may have ordered the pedal on another site . The crank was ordered 7/27/26 , shipped 7/28/26 and delivered 8/1/26. Let us know how we can be better

Excellent family run business …
I was so happy that it was a local stop for me and they have a fantastic and large inventory of used and new exercise equipment for many brands. They provided me with the exact part very quickly and I was on my way, but I would recommend them also for anyone shopping in the York PA area for exercise equipment.

Super upset my circuit board went out…
Super upset my circuit board went out after spending $400 and only using it twice. These only have a 30 day warranty so make sure you watch out for this. Because we had a hospitalization we didn’t get to use it within those 30 days and it was after that before we were able to. Super frustrating.

We try to offer the best warranty we can. Most fitness equipment manufacturers only offer a 15-day electronic warranty and 30 days on everything else from the delivery date. We offer a 30 day on everything. This board was delivered mid-march 2026. Its unfortunately now 3 months past our warranty window. If you decided to move forward with a replacement, please call us back and we will work with you as best we can.
