Ordered a replacement belt for my SOL…
Ordered a replacement belt for my SOL S77 treadmill. A 3rd party treadmill tech came to install the belt and discovered the belt was too small and the wrong size. When I ordered the belt I included all information that should have ensured the proper belt was ordered and sent. Now my treadmill sits useless in my home gym until I can get the correct belt. Not a happy time.

Parts shipped pretty quickly....problem…
Parts shipped pretty quickly....problem was that we ordered the wrong ring initially as you could not tell on the site which one I needed. So, I guessed and was wrong. Did not ship it back as the shipping was more than the cost of the ring. But the 2nd one fit well and is working.

Seems like soul and their parts…
Seems like soul and their parts department don’t communicate with each other. I’ve been having a problem with getting my part instead of them forwarding my email over to their parts department. They said oh I need to forward it to their parts department. What are they too lazy
