Travis was great. I unfortunately order the wrong size for my replacement rear roller. He responded within 24 hours. Gave me a link to the correct part and provided me with clear instructions regarding the return and refund process.

Part came in a timely manner. Install was a breeze. Happy Wife = Happy Life. Just wish I ordered it through Sole in first place because my experience through another Treadmill Parts vendor was not as pleasant.

I ordered a new walking belt for my Sole treadmill. It appeared my order was delayed as my payment was pending. I called twice but didn't leave a message. Shortly I received a call stating it looked like they missed a call. We went over my order and the OEM belt was back ordered. They did have a commercial grade belt. I cancelled the original order and ordered the new belt which shipped that day. If I or my son needs a part for our Sole treadmills we will start with Sole Fitness Parts

I ordered a rail for my wife's elliptical. Great price and fair delivery cost. The company shipped it quickly and all was well. After a few days, I got a tracking update that said my package was damaged and discarded. I emailed Sole Fitness about it and Travis responded saying he would look into it. Travis got back to me quickly and said they shipped me a replacement. It arrived in a timely manner. I can't say enough about their customer service and Travis, they are top notch!

Chris At Lewall Fitness Was Amazingly Supportive And Helpful With Ensuring I Ordered The Correct Hardware To Get My Sole F80 Treadmill Up And Running. After It Was Dismantled And Left In Shambles After The Substandard Moving Company Left Me Hanging On Their Failed Attempts Of Disassembling Then Attempting To Reassemble And Not Able To Move The Heavy Equipment. We ordered a replacement display board for a Sole F63 treadmill that we have had for over 5 years. We had killed the previous board by using the treadmill during a thunderstorm and experiencing a power surge which left it unable to do precise speed control. We replaced the old board and speed control worked again. It was much less expensive than buying a new treadmill.
It is truly unfortunate that this happened, but are so glad it was able to be fixed for a reasonable price and that we could be a part of the process! Thank you for your review!
