Customer service was exceptional!! I had to return a bag that was past the 7 day return date, I explained the situation to them, and they made the exception and allowed me to return it. It was a lengthy process to return (on my end, as I was taking long to respond), but they weren't getting frustrated with me, and they continued to follow up with me. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, communication was very clear. Overall just great service. Not to mention, their products are amazing and such good quality! I had to return it as I bought the wrong size. I have already bought the correct size now and I am absolutely in love with it!

First purchase with Songmont, the quality of the gather back of really great. The leather is soft and has a great for everyday look. It’s the perfect height quality birthday gift for a friend.
That brings me to their customer service, not only was the order shipped and delivered within 4 days, I had a special request that they accommodated right away. Not a lot of company’s would have done that. Great first time experience overall, will continue to be a customer!

I bought a suede bag from Songmont and it was a complete nightmare. The leather picked up dirt like crazy after just one light use and when I tried to clean it with just water the color rubbed off everywhere. Then after just normal use the leather dye stained my white shirt permanently and even stained the items inside the bag. When I reached out to customer service they basically told me that all their bags are colored in a way that will transfer to light colored clothes, and they can only be gently scrubbed with a dry brush to clean (which I tried, didn't work unfortunately). Honestly I’ve never had a bag this high maintenance and disappointing. Definitely not worth it.

I have ordered mini Songmont but i have an issue about delivery from mailman they leave my package in a mailbox but leave a key to wrong apartment that I can’t open it.. then I contact Songmont customer service tell them about issues that I hope they can do something to help me. Right after I contacted Songmont they reply and try to help me check on logistics about my package delivery right away.. and by the time I try to solve issues every single day I got mail from Songmont to check on situation that make me feel they customer support is very nice and care about customer problem.. finally I can contact with mailman and got my package back (it took about 4 days)I’m so glad and very appreciate Customer support team and yes.. I love a bag it so cute and i think if I want to purchase another bag I will think about Songmont again.. ❤️ and Thank you

Word of Caution to all possible USA
customers that Songmont uses USPS to ship expensive purchases for their bags which are not cheap. This was a disappointing and seriously stressful purchase for me do to the shipping method as USPS and not FEDEX or UPS which is a much better delivery carrier for expensive purchases. I had to really monitor the package and constantly email SONGMONT Team for assistance with monitoring the package as the tracking number that was provided was not consistent with updates on my end and had incorrect tracking information for USPS.
Songmont customer service via email was excellent and I’m grateful. I purchased the medium GATHER BAG in EBONY, the bag was packaged beautifully with a dust bag and nice large box. The bag is beautiful and of excellent quality. I’d recommend to anyone that lives in an area where USPS service is sub par and porch pirates are rampant that you reach out to SONGMONT via email prior to purchasing to request that your purchase be shipped with UPS or FEDEX for better transparency and the ability to track and manage your package delivery in case no one is home to receive your package. I personally had to work remotely just to ensure I got my package and still USPS did not ring my doorbell but instead left my expensive bag on my outside steps begging to be stolen. Lucky I have a great security system and was able to get an alert and grateful I had the option to work remotely to ensure I got my package without incidence.

I ordered a Luna bag via the official website.
The bag took almost 2 weeks to arrive in Italy and unfortunately it was lost.
The customer service was very supportive during the process ( it was quite frustating). In the end they gave me two options to solve the issue.
I truly appreciated the support received.

The live chat agent is helpful but the order process is not very user friendly (with Paypal), i didn’t get any order confirmation while the transaction got approved in a pending status .

I fell in love with the Gather bag when it first came out but I hesitated because it is a brand I haven’t tried before. The bag was delivered much later than expected. When I contacted customer service they were very responsive but couldn’t do anything about the delay. When the bag finally arrived it was even more beautiful than it looked online and lovely quality. I was disappointed that the bag charm a purchased was totally flattened and I have not been able to make it look normal.
