Second time posting a review but it was well worth it for the buying experience and customer service. You can look for my previous post but I basically had questions about stock and navigating the changes to US Customs/Tariffs Policies and customer service was kind and patient enough to walk me through everything. They confirmed my order would be coming from a US warehouse. When I went to check out, I noticed I was still being charged duties. I reached out to them and they offered to refund the charges once I received the package. My order came quickly, within a week. I emailed the same day and the next day I was refunded. Overall, communication and order was handled in a timely manner. Will definitely be looking to order from them again :-)

I reached out to the brand to talk about my current interest and direction of the brand. Usually brands typically don’t reply especially if it isn’t regarding a product. It took me a while to pull the trigger on getting the Gather Bag in Ebony, but after comparing to other brands and bags and leaving it in my cart over the weekend, I finally purchased the small gather bag. I missed the promo for a free charm by one day but they kindly sent me one anyway. Upon arrival (which was already speedy), I quickly realized I would prefer the medium sized bag over the small. Songmont was happy to oblige my request to return and exchange. Customer service has been so kind and respectful through the whole process. Never rude or stuffy like other luxury brands. The bag is so gorgeous, timeless, high quality and good value for the price. I LOVE the ethos of the brand too. I am already eyeing my next two purchases.

I received my bag on my birthday, the quality was amazing, the packaging, the extra care- everything was worth the price but this is not why I’m writing this review. I was in the US when I ordered and asked the team to expedite my order. I had to leave the US soon. Not only their team remained in touch with me, but they also shipped my order to my next destination country, and they also refunded all the US taxes. I was so impressed because honestly if they had not refunded those US taxes I would not have even noticed. But this practice from a customer service representative speaks highly about the work ethics of the whole company. It is not just about the bad but it is about the whole experience, dedication, love and professionalism with which they dealt with me. They made sure the bag reach me at my home country, without any hassle. They have got a permanent client in me.
