I recently purchased a small gather bag in Suede and I experienced a very long delivery time (I'm in Italy), we'll above the promised delivery times on the website for Europe. Despite this hiccup the customer service has been excellent when I reached out to them! They were fast, kind and proactive. Very well done in taking care of your customers! Highly appreciated! 4.5/5 for me, I'm not giving 5 just due to the long deliver time, but overall great impression of Songmont!

I ordered my bag 2,5 weeks ago. The delivery to Europe was supposed to take up to 12 business days. Unfortunately, the bag is still nowhere to be found. It’s not even within the regional DPD yet. The company first sent me a wrong shipping number, and today the customer service said in an email that the shipping takes 15-20 business days. Therefore, the website is untrustworthy and I feel lied to. There are so many different luxury bag brands that I would really stay away from this one in the future.

Bought the small Gather bag, loved it so much that I went on to buy the Medium sized one..love how soft the leather is yet there is a structure to the bag without being too overly slouchy. Love it!

I just received my first order. I purchased the medium Song in taupe. It took nine days from the order being placed to arrival in Germany at my home. Tracking didn’t update after six days but I reached out and got a prompt response and a clear update on where the package actually was. Order was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely order from Songmont again.

I got in contact with CS from Instagram DM to enquire about Gather bag size and asked for recommendation based on my height and how much stuff I’ll fit into the bag. I had a hard time choosing the small or medium size, and to my surprise, Helena truly understoon my concern. She did not just give insightful recommendation, she’s been very responsive, friendly and relatable!
