My experience with Songmont has been extremely disappointing. My husband pre-ordered a bag at the beginning of October as a birthday gift for me. The estimated delivery date was October 25th, but it is now the beginning of December and I still haven’t received the product.
A delay of more than two months for a handbag is unacceptable. This was meant to be a special gift, and instead it has caused nothing but frustration and disappointment. Communication and updates have also been lacking throughout the process.
I truly hope the bag will at least arrive before Christmas — but at this point, I would not feel confident recommending Songmont to others.

I love the bag (small song bag in the color yellow), the quality of the leather is great and craftsmanship of the finishing is noticeable. The bag is tiny but indeed mighty. I’m surprised at the amount of stuff I can put in it. I only wish if the strap was a little longer because on the longest adjustment it feels a little short for me when I wear it as a cross body bag.
I also like to thank the customer service for their prompt reply when I had to inquire about the delivery.

I recently purchased the Songmont small Gather bag in ebony. the size is perfect for everyday use, has ample storage and two convenient pockets on the inside. a versatile bag with a sturdy adjustable strap that does not hurt your shoulders at all.
i was worried at first about the quality of leather after reading a lot of reviews but i think it is perfect, not too thin and not too thick. My bag is showing signs of patina already and i love it. The stitching, WHERE ? so seamless.

I accidentally forgotten to change my billing address to a US address (forwarding service address for overseas purchase) while I am in Malaysia. I am worried might get into trouble with the customs. I loved everything about interacting with Songmont. I had to email them a number of times with queries and I always got prompt, helpful and warm responses. You can tell that the brand has heart and a human touch. Shipping from China to South Africa took just 5 business days and soon I was introduced to my beautiful, soft chocolate bag.
