I just bought my first bag from Songmont and the experience has exceeded my expectations.
The order took one week from placing the order to delivery. Emails and tracking from China was always up to date and easy to access. I contacted customer services through live chat about a query I had, and they always answered quickly.

I have just received my beautiful Songmont small Gather Bag in Ebony. It is absolutely STUNNING! Everything about it is so unique & brilliantly thought of. I'm impressed with Songmont's customer service officers' helpfulness and quick response in handling my query and request. I reached out to ask about a voucher which I missed out to use. Poor quality materials- probably not even leather.
Poor quality materials, I doubt if the suede is actually real leather. For a start, it is far too uniform, the "nap" is extremely short and the material is very thin. It's backed onto a stiffer lining to make it look more substantial. Secondly - it smells artificial - a plastic/PU smell, no natural leather smells like this. Every single edge has been bound preventing any sight of the underside or edging of the "suede".
The bag is well sewn and constructed, the finishing is good, but I am sure that the materials are artificial. This is in no way a premium product.

I’ve placed four orders from Songmont and I’m quite satisfied with the quality of their leather and metal parts of the bags. But recently I’m getting hesitant due to the much increased custom fees. The customer service team is very patient and considerate and finally agreed to cover 50% of the tariffs. I received my parcel only two days (I live in Honolulu) after the agreement and the seller immediately refunded me with half of my extra pay when I sent the receipt. Excellent experience with the deal. By the way, the new Yore toast bag is perfect.
