I genuinely love this bag (small gather in Ebony). The leather is soft and supple but doesn’t feel flimsy. My favorite part is that it is so lightweight so it’s perfect to take out for my every day bag or for travel. I also love the little extra details of the hidden back slip pocket that can hold my light sweater or umbrella. There soo much to love. 💗 Also, the customer rep, Danica, was so sweet and adept at answering my questions about a part of my order that hadn’t arrived yet. I definitely will be ordering again soon!

I'm very happy with Songmont bag. Great quality, great material. This is my first time order from Songmont official website. When they send me email notification of shipment with the tracking number, I try to track my package but cannot find it so I contact Songmont customer service to their email. Very quick respond by Helena and Meila, Thank you very much. I received all items today.

Such thoughtful touches and incredible quality
I just received my Songmont Medium Yore Hobo Bag (Minimal Version) and can't be more thrilled. INCREDIBLY well made, quality materials, soft leather, and truly innovative design. I'm not fond of pockets on the sides of bags, so I ordered the Minimal Version. It has a great external pocket for my phone (with magnetic closure) and two nicely sized pockets on the inside (one zippered, the other not). I think the one (very unique) design is the handle. It extends to a "crossbody length", but arrives at an "over the arm" length. The extra length of strap is magically tucked inside the lining and goes along the bottom of the bag. You can't see it, or barely feel it. What a clever design!! No need for a separate strap that clips on. Whoever designed that deserves a raise! 😀 (Or at least a Starbuck's gift card.) The size of the "medium" is exactly what I've been looking for. It holds everything I need (and more), yet is very light weight leather that does't bother my shoulders as some leather bags do. Thank you for such a great product. I look forward to purchasing more in the future.

Although I ended up returning my original bag -only due to size, my fiancé bought me a different bag, and I’m so excited to receive it! I have recently purchased an Extra Large Yore Hobo Bag (Minimal Version) and I fell immediately in love with Songmont. The bag is well constructed, you can tell by the attention to detail and the quality of the craftsmanship that Songmont is a well thought project with a clear idea in mind. I love the full grain leather, it feels soft and luxurious; the quality of the interior lining is top notch, the hardware is sturdy and the zippers run smoothly. Aside from the product itself, I was blown away by the care and attention of the customer service, which not only helped me with all of my questions, but sometimes they had the answers I was looking for, ready before I could even ask. I emailed customer service because I bought the bag as a birthday gift to myself: they made sure to accelerate the shipping process and prioritize my delivery when it arrived at local destination, to truly give me an extra special birthday experience! I pre ordered my bag on August 16th, and it shipped around August 20th. Customer service sent regular updates about the status of my delivery and really took the matter into their own hands. It took 11 business days to get to me (I'm from Italy), so I would say it was a pretty standard time frame considering it did ship from South China. I would buy again from the brand, and I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for premium quality bags and the best customer service one could look for.

The Songmont Team Goes Above and Beyond!
The Songmont Team was incredibly friendly and helpful! As of writing this, I'm currently navigating the changes to US Tariff and Duties Policies and had a lot of questions--how they would apply to my order, if my items would be coming from their US warehouse, to if customs/duties would be applied to my return if my order originated from their US warehouses. I also had a few questions regarding their current promo of a free charm with each bag. They were patient with all the back and forth of my questions and even helped me confirm the items I was interested would be coming from their US warehouse, assuring me I should not incur any additional charges. Part of the back and forth included that duties were still being applied. I emailed to clarify and they let me know they would be willing to refund the duties once my package arrives (since again, they already confirmed it should be coming from their US warehouse). As you can see, I had quite an involved inquiry. I felt terrible having the back and forth but they were nothing but pleasant and always got back to me anywhere from 6-12 hours. I was able to purchase with confidence, knowing that they're responsive, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks again for all your help Songmont Team! Looking forward to buying from you again <3

I just placed an order with songmont couple days ago. My first time purchasing a purse online. I wasn’t aware of the custom fee’s to the United States. I live in Hawaii, but Helena emailed me notifying me about the custom fee’s & if I still wanted to go ahead and continue with my order, which I ordered 2 purses. Honestly I wanted to cancel my order because I wasn’t too sure how much the custom fees would add up to esp living in Hawaii & what if it was more than the actual bag?! but Helena Gave excellent customer service. She had told me if I was canceling due to the fee’s she would accommodate me and refund 30% of the custom fee’s. Like wow. I was honestly so shocked. But grateful. I can’t wait to see my bags! As one’s a bridesmaids gift. I hope it’s nice and good quality but I am far happy and pleased with the great customer service. Kotos to them. Thank you!

Bags are amazing quality and customer service is equally amazing
Recently bought the medium gather bag after having it on my Wishlist for so long! Love how chic and effortless it looks while the leather is so soft and you can tell it is designed with intention. Customer service was top notch in terms of both responsiveness and care for their customers from both the chat (thank you Jozet!) and Helena who was so accomodating and helpful. I usually don’t follow companies/brands when purchasing items but I’ve genuinely become a fan of the brand.
