Splash Wines
Hello William, We are truly sorry to hear that your order was short six bottles and that your second shipment has still not arrived! We fully acknowledge how deeply frustrating it is to receive an incomplete delivery, be told the remaining bottles are coming separately, and then be left waiting without your wine in hand. Holding off on placing future orders until an existing shipment is fully resolved makes total sense, and we completely understand your frustration. Please be reassured that getting your full order delivered is our top priority, and we want to get those remaining six bottles to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Our team has sent you an email directly regarding your second shipment with the details needed to get this matter resolved for you right away. Please be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case!). If you have any trouble finding our message or need further assistance, please feel free to give us a call at 844-444-9311 or reply directly to our email. We look forward to getting this completely squared away for you! Warm regards, The Splash Wines Team
