My order was short six bottles
My order was short six bottles. After receipt of the first delivery (18 bottles) I was told that the second shipment of six bottles was to be delivered separately. As of this writing, I have not received that shipment. I have not ordered any additional bottles until this matter is resolved. This my reason for my low evaluation. Please do better.

Price and delivery are fine
Price and delivery are fine, particularly local free pickup points such as Walgreens, but I should have paid more attention to the details. I prefer Merlots and Cabernets for reds, your selection has too many “blends” and Rose’s! Same with the white wines I prefer Chardonnay or Sauvignon blanc selections not “Spanish white “ etc. I am considering dropping my membership.

Great experience except for carton delivery of the same order being divided and therefore had to arrange to be home twice. And dealing with the problem via a bot was horrible. Otherwise 5 stars.
